Be warned. They do not accept coupons from other Ford dealers. They charge 3% fee just to use a charge card. I love small dealerships and do all that I can to support them but it seems like they are taking steps to get people to go to other dealerships.

In March 2024 I contacted this dealer about a used car. Many emails and texts still at September! I have hit STOP on text. Unsubscribe from email. Email again today. After your constant harassment, I would not come to do business with you if you were the last car lot on the planet. Even when they have called me, please, do not call back. Nope, disregard and call anyway. You are worse than a crack addict! Ethics are out the window, huh!?!

Expanded my search for a particular vehicle, and I am close to Cincinnati. So, I saw one on Jack Kain Website in Versailles, KY (close to Lexington ), sent my interest and trade information, and set an appointment. Cody, the sales rep was great, and the entire process was thorough, Cody listed to my comments and no pressure to buy any other services. The offer on my trade was better than expected, and I was on my my with with a new car in about an hour. I would recommend Jack Kain Ford when you're looking for a vehicle to purchase. They treat their customers with dignity and respect.

Highly recommend! Big shout out to Tanner Pace, Max and Matt! Just bought a vehicle from Tanner and the whole process was easy and seamless even though we were buying from several hours away and traveling. August 8, 2024 I met the nicest young man at Jack Kain Ford whose name is Nick Venn. Not once was he pushy or hovering like a lot of salesmen are. We went on a test drive and we just talked the whole time. He shared things about himself and asked questions about me. I felt like I was in the car with my grandson and he was going to call me Nana any minute. Jack Kain Ford Inc. is lucky to have this young man. The purchase went smooth and I will be returning for oil changes, maintenance,etc.

The absolute worst dealership that I’ve ever dealt with the Sales manager was Cocky and tried to act like we were dumb and didn’t know anything and then tried to down my trade that had many extras on it and said the extras on it didn’t matter at all to him and he didn’t really offer me nothing and told me they dealt a lot in cash and made me feel like that is all they are about at Jack Kane And that they’re not at all like the jack Kane That everybody told me they were like when Mr. Kane Was still running it This dealership has turned me against buying a Ford so much That I went and purchased a 2024 Colorado Trail boss so all I can say is beware and they lost a new sale to me .
