Some nigerian man named requis stole my $300,000 charizard card using Kroger’s money services. I have no idea how he did it, but he told me I was going to be the next heir to Nigeria’s throne if I would only send him the card through a money service, which made no sense, but I went along with it, and now I’m out for everything I had. I find it very unfortunate that this occurred. If it hadn’t, I would be on my way to vacationing in one of the eastern world’s most coveted islands, but now I’m forced to go back to my day job as a factory technician to continue paying my bills as I sink into homelessness. I’ve cried myself to sleep at night wondering how this Nigerian requis guy could be so cruel to his objectively superior American counterparts. It’s a very unfortunate situation indeed, given the unusual circumstances. If motion to report him to the authorities and attempt to pursue some form of legal repercussions as to have some semblance of feeling that justice was served, but alas, that all seems to be a pope dream, as getting a Nigerian to play ball with an American court is simply next to impossible.

I just waited on the phone for like 15 minutes going between elevator music and ringing several times just to ask a simple question.....NO ANSWER.

I so badly want to give this Kroger five stars. It is a very nice store, very well kept. High compliments to the Starbucks staff in particular, they are very good at a very demanding job. The main problem is the cafe/deli's seating area. The two little girls that are there every day are EXTREMELY loud. I'm not complaining about them being there in general, nothing crazy like that. But the constant screaming makes the seating area practically unusable unless you're willing to plug your ears.

We drove to Versailles to go grocery shopping. I'm appalled by the lack of managements ability to train their staff on how to properly wear masks. Over 90% of Kroger associates don't wear masks properly. When approaching the manager she indicated that they have spoken to some staff numerous times but didn't seem to truly care that staff wasn't abiding by corporate policy. I will also be reaching out to corporate with photographs of the employees to show the lack of compliance. As I found out today from corporate associates are required to wear masks completely covering the mouth and nose. I hope this policy is more strictly enforced.

Wow, this location is new, large, and modern. I stopped by for a quick visit while attending to some business. I was very impressed by the cafe, produce, and deli offerings. There is also a Starbucks located inside.

The Tates Creek Kroger is just a minute or 2 away from my house. Very convenient and usually has very reasonably priced items. There's even days prices are so low you feel like you are being pranked! It's always busy but the line never seems slow. The people who work there are pretty knowledgeable and friendly.

Clean. Great hot food selection at a very reasonable price. I enjoyed the chicken plate with 2 pcs, 2 sides, & a roll. This location has it all!

I have stopped almost every time I pass by this Kroger. I am obsessed with this Kroger because they have the best gourmet food section. They have a great hot bar and there are always a lot of people eating food here. I bought the best pizza dough here in a ball in a Saran Wrap package that is the best pizza that we have ever had homemade. You roll it out and then put on your toppings and no other Kroger carries this pizza dough! I always see gourmet items that I truly buy and have not been disappointed yet! They also have Moshi balls here now!! Wow!!!

The grocery store is great, the pharmacy is awful. If you need groceries go to Kroger, if you need a prescription go some where else.

This is the nicest Kroger I have ever been in. This one is very well stocked and the prices are good. They have a personal shopper option called click-list or something like that which can be convenient if you need a lot of bulk items. A middle aged woman named Susan came out in the pouring rain and loaded my truck and two others before me, I really respected that effort. I guess the teenage employees were afraid to get wet. I find the produce is usually fresh and the entire store looks as clean and as well organized as one could get.

I have never visited your store, I live in a different city, but my elderly Mom shops there. I want to thank everyone for taking such good care of her. There was one particular visit where an employee helped her out to her car. She is ill and has trouble with mobility also. He put her groceries in rhe car for her and then helped her get in the car. She was having a rough day and his special way and kindness helped her. Thank you.

A nice place for most things but in terms of toys it has nothing special. Most pharmacy employees are great except one, something makes me not trust her anywhere near my medication. However the staff for the most part are great and friendly! I would highly suggest going here.
