I've been using Metro by T-Mobile for several months now, and I’m really impressed with the quality of service. The coverage has been reliable, and I haven’t had any dropped calls or major signal issues. What really stands out is the value for the price—unlimited data, text, and talk at a fraction of what I used to pay with other carriers.
Customer service has also been top-notch. When I had a question about my plan, the representative I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable, and resolved my issue quickly. I also appreciate the added perks like Google One storage and access to T-Mobile’s nationwide network.

It is back open under new management. New staff is very friendly and helpful. Spent almost an hour trying to recover and reset my phone, the guy in the store was so patient with us till the end.

Came there to pay the bill.. but they are closed like always.. drove to frankfort 15 mins and paid the bill.. i would recommend going to frankfort location as they are open all the times..

My sister-in-law bought a phone straight out, then moved out here in the country with us and could not get service. She had to get a different phone and got service through cricket because the phone that she bought straight out through Metro had a block on it. They said that you have to have service for a year before they will unlock the phone even though she doesn’t owe no money on it and she bought it straight out so if you’re planning on buying a phone, make sure that you’re not gonna be moving where you can’t use it because you’re out all that money
