I had a terrible experience there. I saw a nurse practitioner and she took no interest in me. She held a side conversation with the medical assistant as I was left wondering what was happening. They sipped on their Stanley cups and carried on personal conversations right in front of me.Once I was negative for the flu test. The nurse practitioner shared that they don’t wait the entire time for the test because they are impatient. She maybe examined me for 20 seconds. Told me I had fluid in my ear, but it was not infected. I was complaining of aches, chills, and a throbbing throat/ear ache. After arguing with her course of treatment she stood her ground. After I left, I realized she never checked my lymph nodes or even gave me an explanation of why I was having a fever, aches, chills on top of the fluid in my ear. I would have appreciated an explanation. She completely dismissed many of my symptoms.I tried the over the counter medicine she suggested which truly made me feel worse. The following day I woke up feeling terrible and could not swallow and had swollen and sore lymph nodes. I took myself to the urgent treatment center in Versailles and was treated for strep throat. Care was much better there. They took an interest in me and had compassion. The care I received was embarrassing at the Kroger Little Clinic. The nurse practitioner lacked professionalism, empathy, and a good bedside manner. I do not know how she is allowed to treat patients. My mother had a similar experience with this same nurse practitioner.

The nurses aid was a very nice young lady. The Nurse Practitioner that saw me shouldn't have a job. I was soo sick all week with the flu, so sick I couldn't drive my self to the doctor. I went here when I was starting to feel better to get a doctors note, and she told me should wouldn't write one for the days I already missed. Needless to say, I'll never go back to the little clinic in Versailles. The short blond lady with the Karen cut SHOULD BE FIRED

I always have to wait over a hour, from my appointment time, to get in. Also one time the they made my appointment time for their known lunch time. When I do finally get in, I get checked out and I really don’t get any medication that helps it’s always the most basic medicine that I can obviously get myself.

I went in for dizziness. I made the appointment the same day, went in, and waited for maybe 5 minutes. The nurse was very nice, took all of my information and my symptoms. She was very professional and kind. I then waited for the doctor for maybe 5 minutes. She was very nice, and was very thorough. She gave me information on what I needed to do for my vertigo, and a prescription for my medicine. The next day, I saw the doctor in the store and she stopped me to ask me how I was feeling, which was very nice. Then tonight, 3 days later, I got a call from the nurse to make sure I was feeling ok. This by far has been the best experience at an urgent care clinic I have had. I really appreciate everyone I dealt with that day. They made me feel like I was important and were very sympathetic. Thanks again ladies for everything!

Made appointment online for 9am. Waited 40 minutes called Kroger and they said guess nobody showed up. Finally the pharmacy said that person was scheduled in at 10am. It's now 10:18 and I have yet to be seen. Needs to be better communicate between online scheduling and actual clinic hours.

Very attentive, fast service and the doctor was very professional. With x-rays the visit took less than 11/2 hours.

Have yet to have a good experience. Just tried to call. No answer. No voice mail. It tells you that and says, "Goodbye" and hangs up. My wife went some time back. She went early, before they opened, and sat there until they came in. They had her fill out lots of paperwork and entered it all, and THEN told her it would be three hours because people had checked in online in front of her (while they were closed, I suppose). She drove to Lexington, was seen, given a prescription, filled it, and was back home before they would have seen her. I suppose if EVERY other place is closed and you needed to be seen, this one-star place might be OK. I have many other stories, but they all share the same one-star impression.

They do not offer free covid testing and would lead you to believe that nobody does. The urgent care next door does offer free testing to those with and without insurance. The receptionist was nice but not knowledgeable on the subject.
