I have never met such disgraceful people in my life. I’ve been trying to have my fiancé added to my account and they have sent her out the building to come back 3 times with a new born baby. They told me they would call back and never do. They never answer the phone and never will. I have been trying to do this for a month and every time I go up there they can’t do anything for us. Just keep asking us to come back. Everyone up there should be fired!

Wesbanco took over United in Versailles. United was once a very service oriented bank., Wesbanco is a complete disaster. Do not open an account here if you do not have an existing account.

The staff at the 100 United Drive Location are always so considerate, helpful and flexible. I am glad that Wesbanco has such excellent staff working there.

5 stars for the people working at the Versailles branch being very helpful and always friendly, 1 star for the customer unfriendly policies, lack of easy phone access to direct branches and no willingness of upper management to take responsibility for the ineffectiveness of the online account access ever since wesbanco took over for United bank. Have been banking here for 15 years but sadly have decided to close my account today. Greed has replaced the small town friendly policies of previous management. I am going to miss the friendly tellers I've gotten to know over the years.

Every since wesbanco bought United bank by account has been screwed up. My card keeps getting declined when I know there is plenty of money in there. It's really starting to get old. This has been going on for a little over a month now. Get it straight or we will be going somewhere else to bank.
