First off this is a pretty decent place nice environment and all, my complaint is about the food I've bought several sausage biscuits around 6am during the week and there are not cooked properly, they are so doughy that you ball it up a feel how under cook the biscuits are.To make things worse I've address management and a month later no results. Eating raw dough is dangerous it has bacteria in it and it highly recommended that you don't eat it, it also can give you worm's. When I get off work I'll be returning my raw biscuit and address management again hopefully they can get issueResolved

Manager tells me they are resetting their system and can't turn gas on I say that's fine I still need other stuff now ppl are still getting gas she says well do you have cash I say sure do so I start to get my drink to go up and get it and a can of chew just to have someone else say they can't take cash either if you couldn't sell anything just say that

I have been coming here every morning for well over 2 years. I have ran into tons of problems but never enough to keep me from going in the morning. Employees wine about how they don’t want to be there and always have some sort of drama that is more important then the customer. Todays issue was the computers went down as soon as my time in line came. I don’t have cash always pay card this morning the could not do that because of their computers. The little girl at the register keeps me there for 15 minutes to slide my card over and over again same outcome every time. I’m in every morning so I said let me take my drink $1.45 and I’ll just pay for two tomorrow. She refuses my offer and has me slide time after time until finally she realizes it’s not going to work. At this point you have cost me money and time just being here give me the drink and move on to the next guy. Nope not this inexperienced customer service representative she makes me leave my drink which will be thrown away by the way and treats me as if I’m one with a problem. This was the straw that broke the camel’s back won’t be back due to lack of consideration and training. Will also be trying to contact the manager to let her in on this situation. Poor training and customer service if you have to go inside don’t stop here.

Female cashier called my friend "Shorty" when we were in here yesterday morning. How insensitive and rude! I don't think I'll ever go in here again. Cashier almost got a talking to from me.
