My baby Tut was diagnosed with an aggressive skin cancer. Dr. Crank did her due diligence to not only diagnose him properly but she gave us various options to help save our little man and to make him as comfortable as possible when he made his walk over the rainbow bridge.

Everyone at the clinic was super nice. Pete and I were greeted with a smile and treated so well. Dr. Sarah is exceptionally thorough in her exams and the development of a treatment plan. I recommend them highly.

Dr. Crank and her staff are always so attentive to my concerns! They make me and my fur babies feel right at home. Dr. Crank is confident in caring for and treating whatever issues arise with my Bostons and I would recommend her to anyone! 10/10

I really liked the staff, super friendly. Only reason I gave 3 stars was because I thought the pricing was high for a basic package for animal care. The biggest complaint was getting medication for flea and tick treatment. They have their own online store and I ordered some stuff, they call me because they wanted to make sure it was right. I could get topical or chewable, I got topical in my cart and they recommended chewable. Well I got it because it was cheaper for topical. After that I ended up looking on chewy website, and I got a significant cheaper price where as their online store didn’t offer any discounts. Every discount they gave me didn’t even work. So 2 days later the vet calls to make sure it’s what I wanted, when I actually ordered exactly what they recommended the first time. I felt pushed into a sales for their online store. I already spent a bunch of money at the vet itself but then I’m spending more on medications flea and tick treatment. So of course I’m going with the cheaper option. It like I get a call to make me feel bad for going to chewy instead of their store. That’s not ok. So here I am a month after the vet appt with no flea and tick treatment because anything I order they seem to go against it, because they are making money on the sale of a more expensive item. If they were not so pushy on the sales on what I wanted for MY animals, I would have given 5 stars. Nobody should be pushing you to only go through their store. Always get what is affordable and cheaper for the exact same product. Why spend more when u can get something cheaper somewhere else. Other than that very polite and kind with my animals. Sales are a whole different story. Everything I felt was an upsell. Even the appointment.

We Love doctor Sarah Crank! She helped us navigate the declining health of our cat Smokey and ultimatley our loss of him ! She takes good care of our Boxer dog Coppper who recently had surgery for a mass removal. Thanks Sarah! Copper says Mom get this thing off me!

Took our cat here. Vet examined him 2 diffrent times. Put him on 3 diffrent antibiotics (one was given twice so 4 regiments) and each time we saw improvement but always the cat would go back to how he was to begin with. This went on for 7 weeks. we took our cat to a diffrent Vet in Ravenna. This Vet spotted straight off the reason our cat was acting like he was just by a hands on examination. Meds were given for the specific cause followed by sugery. The infection was so extreme its hard to understand why this wasn't caught in the prior 7 weeks going to Waco. The infection in our cat was extreme and had been going on for a long time prior to us taking him to a diffrent Vet. We will never recommend anybody that cares for there pet to go to Waco Animal Hospital. I would have given zero stares but one was the lowest i was allowed to give. For right now our cat is doing alittle better in that his swelling has went down somewhat and his infection is drainning. If we wouldent have taken him to a diffrent Vet, Death was certain. At least now all that could have been done has been done so at least now he has a chance thanks to the Vet in Ravenna. Both myself and my wife feel Wayco was more interested in the money than the wellbeing of our cat. I could go on but i think that will let others know of our first and last experience with Waco Animal Hospital.

This is a great place to take your pets, my senior kitty was recently diagnosed with a tumor on his heart and his final days were extremely difficult for me as someone with autism. I spent more time with Bob (my cat) than real people, and putting him to rest was a very difficult decision for me to make. The professionals here are very sweet and empathetic, they treated him gently and made my final moments with him easy for closure. They even sent me a letter in the mail with handwritten messages about how kind Bob was. I will be back.
