I stop at this location at 1:53pm on oct 26. The front young cashier have bad attitude and worst customer service. I bought 2 can of monster. Then i ask her about buy 2 get 1 free. She just said “ i didn’t bring up like that “. She doesn’t want to check it or assist to find out. I don’t care much about deal. But she give me bad attitude. I just pay and get out store asap. I been regular business customer at love’s truck stop due to my job have to travel alot. But i never meet this type attitude and service like that. I don’t know she racist due to im asian or she hate her job. Who know

Didn't like the idea. They put $175 transaction fee on my card. I end up calling my card company to find out why there was $175 put on it and they told me it was a fee that they put on account until the bill was paid. I only put $20 in my tank

I'm a regular customer and tonight 11:56, stopped for gas. Woman who said she was a manager was yelling at someone on the phone, hung up and then said Ill hang up on your ass again. This isn't the kind of customer service a guest wants to hear. The day crew is always great no complaints. I feel the manager trainer at night needs more training.

Bad experience at Love’s Truck Care.
They advertise early opening hours, but when I arrived, the shop was still closed. I waited, but nobody showed up on time. Very unprofessional and frustrating for drivers who are on a schedule. If you say you’re open — be open!

Well, Waddy ya know ? Do ya self a fav-a, DON'T Stop here ! I Never Will Again, 2 million+ miles, experience. One star , just so I could post. KY , Louisville Attitude, Drivers are Great, KY, huh ? I'm up for 9 hours, just wanted grill items. Woman in black Love's shirt comes around, says ' oh, do you need to get in here, Shaking her head , like I'm the Dumb- A driver; No, I'm The Customer. ! I say sorry, then I figured, Blank it ! And walk away , out, Out , OUT, saying , Blank it, blank it, and just scan my coffee refill. What does she Say ? ' Amen'. Or something. HOW DO YOU LIKE YOU LIKE THAT, LOSS OF BUSINESS .? AMEN. HOW DO YOU LIKE ' THE FRUITS, OF 50 YEARS OF ABORTION, AMERICA? BEAUTIFUL. HOW MANY SHOOTINGS WERE THERE IN LOUISVILLE, THIS PAST , I DON'T KNOW, WEEKEND, SUMMER ? ANOTHER RECORD. ? BRAVO

bought a refrigerator before buying, I asked if I could return it and get the money, the seller said yes. I’m trying to get it back and they tell me that I can’t do it, because it’s an electric device and blah blah blah. Terrible service. That’s not how business is done.

Can't even get water and pee when stopping for fuel called out three times in a row for being parked in front of a pump i was trying to get fuel at. no good reason to have ben yelled at been on the property for less the 8 minutes. Didn't even get fuel just left.

As much as it saddens me to do this I really have no choice. I tried to always leave positive reviews because businesses thrive on positive feedback.
For consumers to read these reviews and see the feedback it can affect your business good or bad. I showed up today to get a PM done with my company and never got it done because well let's just say the pictures will show.
I checked in about a quarter to 11:00 and my service was never done because we're too busy taking care of personal interest as the service tech That was supposed to get my things done left and went home.
I do hope this problem can be resolved in the future you're going to lose the business of many others as well as my company. I understand that this is a privately owned site so getting the right business and good reviews reflects on the bottom number.
So please take the time out to review this matter and resolve any problems moving forward. I'm leaving two stars because at least the restaurant and the convenience store were worthy of that second star......

Kelly is so rude and disrespectful. They blamed me for a pump tech issue and denied me a refund, I threatened to call the police and was then given a refund. I filled out the survey as well, I want an apology for how I was treated as a customer.
