Desk/manager was very helpful. Amber (I think is her name) walked me through the process and explained everything well. She didnt upsell me and knew I was in good hands. They have alot of options, just your normal storage place but with better staffing

I lost 20% of my unit to mice. They had a mice infestation and never put any traps or poison to help. Everytime I came in there was more and more feces on my things. They also will raise rent with out notice. I went from paying 170 to paying 230. And I never missed a payment. If you value your time, money, and things....do not store here. They do not care enough

This place is a scam they charged my card took it back then hit me with a late fee I have the paper trail to prove there is no one there ever cannot ever access this is a adult facility and the person at the desk acts as a child

Never rent from this place. The worker Amber has made it impossible for me to do anything. For one I went up there over 10 times and she is never there. For two she has been rude and charged my card after she said she took it off auto pay, then put the money back on my card the day they give out late fees and hit me with a late fee. Didn't even give me a chance to pay it on my own bc I was under the impression the money was already off my card. I have the proof. Then when I try to pay my store fee she put it to where I can not pay my storage fee without the late fee that she made me get. For three she locked me out of my storage unit and the gate. Now I can't do anything and I live in a total other state. So now more gas money wasted and more of a headache. The unprofessional of this store is ridiculous. I should have never been charged with a late fee when you charged my card then took my money off then put my money back on the day you hand out late fees and then hit me with a late fee not for just July but for August as well.. I have called every store space and they refuse to give me the supervisor or a number I can make a complaint or anything all they keep saying is I have to go through her and she's impossible to get a hold of or deal with. I shouldn't have to pay a late fee at all. If you want to go somewhere go to public storage never go to store space they don't care about you or your items.

This is my first time at this. So far my experience has been good. And looking forward to implementing the space. I am currently in between permanent housing, so this storage will come in handy. Looking forward to this new way of life for me
