“Exactly as planned! I recently purchased a 2002 Toyota Camry with a 5-speed manual transmission from Tipton’s US 25 Auto Parts and Sales in Walton, Kentucky, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
I originally found the Camry on Facebook Marketplace. I looked carefully through all of the pictures and read the detailed description, and then I did what I always do when considering a used car—I looked up the seller and checked the reviews. I was impressed to see that Tipton’s had around a 4.7-star rating.
I’ll be honest: I really don’t like buying used cars, and I’ve always had a pretty strong distrust of used car salesmen. But this particular car was worth taking a chance on. A Toyota Camry with a 5-speed manual transmission is a very rare find, especially one in this good of condition.
I called and spoke with Cyle, who had handled putting the car online and communicating with me. We negotiated a price that I was happy with, and I told him I would make the drive up that same afternoon. I sent him a picture of my driver’s license and insurance ID card ahead of time so he could prepare the paperwork and have everything ready when I arrived.
My sons and daughter went with me, and just a few minutes after meeting Cyle, we were able to test-drive the Camry. Everything checked out just as it had been represented, so we wrapped up the deal.
What impressed me even more was what happened afterward. About two weeks later, Cyle drove all the way to Lexington and delivered everything I needed to get the vehicle registered here. That kind of follow-through really stood out to me.
Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish. The car was accurately represented in the Facebook Marketplace ad, the communication was excellent, and Cyle made the entire buying process easy and straightforward.

I went into this purchase with a lot of skepticism about buying a used car, and I came away feeling like I had been treated fairly and honestly. I would gladly buy another vehicle from them in the future.”
“My son took is truck in after he hit a deer. Very professional, looked under the hood, crawled under the truck and got the estimate back quickly. My son authorized the work, they got his truck in and repaired it. Took an extra day because a part came in with a little defect and they refused to put it on until they got one that was perfect.
He got his truck back all cleaned inside and out, and it looks very good. Just like it never happened.

“Would like to personally shout out Willie for being so kind, helpful and respectful to my situation. Needed a tire repair and scheduled an appt online. He was completely transparent, upfront and honest the minute I walked through the door about the amount of time it would take to be completed and it was going to be longer than just a quick appt time. At this point I already had the spare on my car. We decided I’d leave the tire that needs repaired with them and would go to work. Before I left though, he checked the spare tire to ensure safety and filled it with air. When tire was completed and I came to pick up, I requested that they put the tire on for me since I didn’t have proper tools at home to be sure it was installed correctly and tightened. They stayed after hours as a courtesy and that meant the world to me. Everyone here is hardworking and honest. They’ve definitely gained a loyal customer and I really appreciate them all.”
