“I called a week prior asking about a certain muffler that I wanted to super 44 FloMaster they did not have an end. They said they'd have it on Friday. Told me I can come out Friday afternoon or Monday morning they get it taken care of. I came in Monday morning they put it taken care of right away. “Michael’s a great mechanic. Very detailed, honest and fair – safe option if you’re a woman who’s dealt with “sell you everything plus the kitchen sink cause you probably don’t know better” mechanics before. He’s never trying to add anything on or scam me.
He thinks of things you wouldn’t (I got a new car and had him to my oil change. He went to a dealership for my car brand and got their parts so no warranties would be voided for using non-brand specific parts, which never occurred to me).
He is really great about telling you if he notices anything while doing an oil change or other service he notices and providing you clear honest direction on if you need to do it now, can wait until next oil change or just to keep an eye on it.
He also does quite well on providing affordable options based on what needs done and what you can afford. Meaning if you need a new part he may suggest a used vs. new if you’re okay with it and is upfront if that would lead to any possible additional issues or not. Or he might provide you options to tie over as a fix so you can save before a full repair is needed – and one that won’t lead to more issues being created from the middle option.
He also will tell you if he notices something and then inform you if it’s more an annoyance but not really anything to worry about vs. if it’s an actual issue.
He’s super detail oriented and notices everything. Before I started going here I had a mechanic snap my lock on my car door inside (a push down or pull up style). I had them replace this. It’s a simple tiny piece of plastic. When I toon my car to him the first time, he noticed that the little black plastic stick lock wasn’t original to the car and asked about it. If he can notice that, he’s noticing more important things and makes you feel confident your car is in good hands.
He never rushes your car through to get get more money. He gives your car equal and fair time.
He’s still human – so I’m sure like us all, he might have a slip here and there – but if he did, I can confidently say he’d own whatever happened and would make it right. And at the end of the day, I think most of us would rather someone be honest & accountable than perfect – because none of us are perfect.
If you’ve had a bad experience elsewhere, are just looking for a new mechanic or want to feel your car is in good hands when you need work, I’d highly recommend Micheal. I don’t suggest anyone else to any friend, family or co-worker at this point.”

“The fuel pump went out on my car for the 2nd time in less than a year, the 1st mechanic I took my car to in Milan Indiana had my car for over a month, was going to charge me an outrageous price for the part if he had to order it, and still charged over $300 for only installation. My brother came across this shop in KY, they charged me the same price for parts and labor that the guy in Indiana changed me just for labor. Also, I had my car back in 24 hours, that guy in Milan Indiana had my car for over a month. So, even if you have to go out of your way, I wld recommend going to Saylors🙌”

“I bought an exhaust part here, had some issues with fitment & the welds on it, due to myself being cheap. They did not give me any hassle about returning, matter fact even went out of their way to order me a different unit same part # from Ohio to see if that would work. I used to work in a shop as a tech, so I know that they sell solid parts & tools with a wide variety. If they don't have what you need, they can get stuff from other locations pretty fast. I'll be using them again & next time will invest in a slightly higher tier exhaust brand. That part was on me. Thanks guys!”

They did everything they could trying to fix it without replacing it because it's an expensive fix. “I had gotten my tire stolen off my car in the middle of the night, rim, lug nuts, everything. My mom recommended me here since this is where she had her tires replaced. I called them asking if they had my specific tire and rim size and they gave me names and phone numbers of all the nearby salvage yards I could grab a temporary replacement at. With their help and them offering to put the tire and rim I found on for $45 I was able to get it replaced the same day. I only spent $160 when insurance guaranteed I would have to pay 2k and the dealership I got the car from would have also charged more. These guys really helped me out and made sure I had a working car and even gave me a life expectancy on the salvaged tire tread. I definitely plan on coming back here to get my tires and breaks replaced. They helped me out when I really needed it and were very empathetic about my situation. I cannot recommend these guys enough!”
