Being closed on a Saturday is ridiculous and inconvenient, not to mention that I went into this bank and no one knew what they were doing. Two ladies working had a completely different understanding of the bank policies when speaking to me and the place is chronically understaffed. And the account I opened when I was younger is still locked even though I’m not a minor anymore and can’t access my funds, even though BB&T (I opened with them before they were Truist) said the account would be unlocked to me once I was an adult. Funny thing is, as a minor they’d completely ignore my age and let me make deposits. Yeah that was helpful to me but doesn’t change the fact that this place is a mess and needs to figure out their own rules and policies.

TERRIBLE BANK WITH DISGUSTING BUSINESS PRACTICES! They opened an account in my name without my signature. There was no transitions on that account from me, however they would not let me close my account until I paid on that account. It was only monthly fees but since 2016. I spoke with an attorney and was informed it is Truists' responsibility to produce my signature before I start paying. No signature of course so no proof. Yet Truist has this open, past due and collecting more fees. I removed all my monies and moved across the street to Heritage, which has been much better. Managers Jamie Wagner and Corey Bennett are poor excuses for managers, they do not know what they are doing, only push you around so they don't have to do their jobs.The only good thing about Truist are the ladies that have been working there since they were Bank of Kentucky. They also acknowledge Truist is now a joke, and know it will not be too long before that branch closes.It is not just personal banking, it is business as well.PATHETIC!!!

Gave up trying to get anything done at this branch unless using the ATM....i drive to the Richwood Branch and fight the road expansion traffic than to deal with the tellers at this branch, terrible attitudes and they never smile

Looked up on google the hours for Saturday for the Walton BBT branch. It indicated 9am to noon. It was closed. Please update your hours!

We drove from Indiana because my husband just loves to bank with you guys. Came to the Walton location because online it states you are open until 1. Get there at 12:02 and the doors were locked. You closed at 12. It would have been nice to know that considering we drove an hour to get here just to cash a check.

LOVE THIS BANK IN WALTON. you couldn't ask for anything more from a company that does everything. caring, compassionate, respectful staff makes a great company to bank at. I have been with this bank for 16+ yrs and will never go any where else. once you find something good you should always keep it.

Great service, they bend over backwards to help you. I have banked with them for the last 8 years without any cause for complaint. A great local bank, always very courteous and extremely friendly!
