Truckers stop at the automatic gate upon entering. Hit the buzzer on the box, and someone will let you in. The shipping department is on the entry side, while receiving is in the back of the warehouse. The employees are really cool, nice, and very helpful when you check in at either department. I had a drop-and-hook, so I was assigned a door to drop the loaded trailer and grab an empty. If you’re getting live loaded or unloaded, it typically doesn’t take them very long. Their operating hours are usually from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. So, if you’re driving after 1600 hours, you can actually deliver the load straight through. As for shipping, I’m not entirely sure how that process works.

Totally waist of time.. 5 hours still waiting. I'm not coming again. After 7 hrs of wait now, that guy at the window is going for brake, not giving me the paperwork. What a joke . Shame on you. They love brake more than their work. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Slow, they discharge you in parts. 3/4 of a box 4 hours to download. There are several truckstops on 71n in case you don't arrive at unloading times. Forced appointments, even if they are not doing anything, the forklifts do not receive you.

appt 4-7PM, checked in at 1pM.. assigned door immediately.. loading started in 15 mins.. out in 2 hrs .

Didn't have any problems coming up here to get loaded. The appointment was at 8 am. arrived here around 1am in the morning. It's no overnight parking. But if no truck is at the gate, you can park in front of the gate and wait until it is open for business. It's enough room for two trucks, but that's it. I checked and got assigned a door and was ready to leave within an hour. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Ran out of time, and they also allow me to finish it up up there. They are alright with me. ?
