It never matters which day you go there to shop the atmosphere is always upbeat and positive!! This is the nicest one in Northern KY!! GREAT JOB TO ALL THE HELP!!”

“I will tell you that your employees truly made my visit a memorable one. I was purchasing cleaning supplies, and had a couple of bags that were pretty heavy. Felicia and Quin certainly went the extra mile, as after Felicia double bagged my cleaning sprays, she asked Quin to grab a cart for me. I told them I would be fine, and I would gladly (try;)) to carry all my bags myself. Quin said that she would be happy to walk to my car with me, because she knew I probably had way too many bags to carry on my own. Service with a smile, and going the extra mile really isn’t that common anymore. It was so refreshing.”

“I shop at both dollar general next door and family dollar! Dollar general is rarely open because of being short staffed and they have more inventory in the aisles then on the shelves. While at family dollar James who is older and disabled is always there and their aisles are clear! In a society where healthy people sit and bum with cardboard signs James works his tail off almost everyday! No excuses people! This man is an inspiration to many and your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed! God bless you James keep up the hard work!”

“I really like this DG, the store is always cleaned and well stocked, bath room is usually clean with toilet paper available, (I mention it only because it happens) the guy on the night shift is friendly enough, and one of the customers was handing out coupons that she had extra of, anyway I give it 4 outta 5 stars”

“I go in here several times a week. I pick up items that I need here and their staff is always friendly knowledgeable, can tell you where the item is. Just wish they would fix the self checkout line air conditioning be nice. I think they got that I'm not sure I haven't been in this week. Anyways if you're looking for good deals this is the place to go I highly recommend this.”

“The only problem is even tho I've clipped all the coupons in the app it never shows up in store and have this big long ordeal in the store when trying to show the coupons in the app then them checking the products in the isles while I'm having to hold up the line, ect. It happens every single time & there's a second shift cashier that's extremely lazy & will go to any extreme to avoid doing her job or having to move around. It's like she purposely moves in extremely slow motion or like she's on the worst hangover ever. The store itself is great & bigger than the other dollar generals in the area”

“It's a hit or miss at this location. There are times you walk in and all the boxes are unloaded the shelves are full. And there's times you walk in and you truly feel like you're an inconvenience for the cashier to check you out.”

“I love my dollar general. Always clean. The employees are very nice and helpful. They just need help to keep the place stocked. Verona KY and Warsaw is the worst store I've been in. It's never cleaned up. Trashed. Never anything on the shelves just everything sitting in those carts and we have to dig them out ourselves. I might as well get paid if I gotta help people because the stock isn't on the shelf's.”

“We were away from home but always knew what to expect across the country with a local Family Dollar Store. We were very pleased with the customer service at this location. When traveling, finding a bathroom stop is critical, and this was the only place in town that provided a public restroom. Thank you for your service and the great snacks we were able to grab for the road.”

“Good store but it's been closed recently due to so much stock left on floor? They can't seem to stock the merchandise during work hours? Workers seem to be just standing around goofing off while piles of stock just sits in the aisles. So frustrating”

“Since Family Dollar is so close to my house I find myself shopping there 3-4, times a week. Which make this store my Convenience Store they've got a little bit of everything there. From kitchen & Food to Car Accessories. Like I said a little bit of everything. Their pricing is comparable to other dollar stores.Speaking of dollar stores. Family Dollar an other stores with Dollar in their name, does NOT sell everything for a Dollar. So I recommend you check your items price tag and it says $1.00 before you fill up your baskets only to get to the register and find out your 20 items cost $100.00 and not $20.00 as you were expecting everything is $1.00.As they say "Be alert, the world needs more lerts" ...? (Joking)”
