I purchased a vehicle from someone who purchased from here. The vehicle runs great low maintenance at over 15 years old in excellent condition. I needed assistance with documents and seller was no where to be found… everyone at this office pitched in and were very helpful.

Horrible customer service. Don’t waste your time trying to explain any concerns you have once you purchase a vehicle. They will repossess your car randomly whenever they want and can use any excuse they can think of to do it (happened to me because of a title inspection and the mother of my kids) then they charge you for the towing and any other convenient expenses If you want to get your car. If you text them with anything that may inconvenience them, they delete the messages on their end and pretend like you never tried to contact them. This place is an absolute nightmare of a dealership that takes advantage of people as soon as they have the opportunity to do so. Read this and head this message as the only truthful warning you’ll get.

I got a jeep wrangler 2010 by february if im not mistaken from them. The car has given me a lot of issues. I went there to get it fixed and they charged me $380 when i barely had it over a month and half. As soon as i got it out the abs lights turned on the same day i got it back. Now, they took the car away from me because im late on a month of payment, but they dont understand what is like to end up twice in the hospital for something that can potentially put me in a coma. But no they dont care about you or your health situations. As long as they take your money, is all that Marta cares about. On top of that, the audacity to say that i got the car repossessed 3 times when its the first time they take it from me. Its simply outrageous the lenghts greedy people get to nowadays ffs. To those who want to get a new car, do not get the car from this dealership, its not worth your money and listen to the reviews people posted.

Bought a car from them a 2011 camry the next day I noticed the heat didn't work . I went up the and the guy said he would fix it . I wouldn't have to pay anything . After not hearing anything from them i take my car to them 3 weeks later I take it up there and the same guy that said he would fix it. Pulled my cabin air filter out and it's wrote on it 6 -2022 he beat it on the ground and put it right back . It was dirty as hell. So then he gets under my hood and tells me that me heat condenser is bad . I told the guy cars have air conditioner condenseres not heat . So he then gets freon and loads my car so full the air conditioning stopped blowing cold was just like a nasty muggy kinda air coming out . So I had to turn around and have then take some back out so my air would work . Then to top it off I made a post about all this on Facebook and the guy calls me running his mouth cussing me . Guess I learned the hard way . Now time to lawyer up

Alot to unpack here. I got my car over a yr ago. Typical Garcia Car, High Miles, multiple things wrong with it, but they DID put us in a car. Now I will say Micheal, Dario and Micheals Wife, excellent ppl.. it's Marta Garcia you wanna watch out for! Throughout the year, I was late on payments, would get caught up, get behind, get caught up, trying to survive living the American Dream. In January of this year I changed not only my job, but a whole different career that made me more financial stable. Mid March I get a letter from a place called Mid Alantic stating that I was 17 days late with a balance of $330. I reached out to Dario who works for Garcias asking who these ppl were, I thought it was a scam! He informed me that Garcia sold my contract to Mid Alantic and I should have been making payments to them, but he would get everything cleared up. I called the number on the letter and found out that Garcia was not sending over my payments. I emailed what proof of payments I had to them and from then on dealt strictly with Mid Alantic. Shortly after I had emergency surgery & 4 dys after that my husband fell off a roof at work breaking several bones & unable to work. I contacted Mid Alantic and made payment arrangements for 5/11/24. Come out that morning & the car is gone. Go to the dealership & Dario sees the emails, sees all the correspondence, between me and Mid Alantic, calls Marta, tells her about the arrangements & she says it doesn't matter, she is tired of dealing with the acct. 6 days after, Mid Alantic calls asking me about my payment, I tell them Garcias took the car and refused to accept my agreed payment She tells me my acct was set up for deferment payments & Garcia should have never took it. Then proceed to tell me that Garcia had just sent a email stating I never made my payment and wanted to schedule a pickup on my car. They had already had my car for 6 days when they sent that. I get told by Garcia there was miscommunication & Marta was tired of all the back & fourth. Life happens. I understand they run a business. However, I literally had my payments in deferment, had to just make my May 11th payment & my account would be back on track. Mid Alantic told me it's very hard to conduct business with Garcias, that my car shouldn't have been picked up & they apologized. Nothing they can do now. Dario from Garcias tells me there is nothing they can do , it was Mid Alantic and besides, Marta is tired of my account. It's crazy to me how my contract gets sold, I get NO notification, not from either party. It gets resold again, and I get NO notification of my contract being sold again. All that money I paid on the car, just paid $1300 to replace the water pump, $250 to replace the motor mount, and it's gone just like that. Now, like I said , if I could, I would give Michael, his wife & Dario 5 stars, they were always nice. If I could give Marta 0 stars , I would. I get the feeling everyone there is scared of her!
Update: Signed a contract that you sold without notification. Accepted payments and DID NOT send over the payments, Mid Alantic had to BEG you for them( I have the emails). You guys are not available when needed, never answer your phones, in fact I have only dealt with you guys via text messages. Next update, I'll post the emails from Mid Alantic staying they reached out to Garcias and still needed payments missing from February. I'll post the whole conversation with Mid Alantic where the said I had a payment arrangement with them and Garcias should have never took the car! It's not about bad guys or good guys at this point, it's about doing bad business and not owning up to it!

They sold my daughter who is 18 a car with 3 tires that had belts broke. I was going to get another car from them but they wouldn't even replace the tires. We went to Firestone and they said she is lucky to be alive. And it was illegal to sell a car that is unsafe. The car drove fine during the test drive but when we left for on interstate it started to shake when we asked the manager about it they said they couldn't do anything about it. They are a rip off and never again. I recommend finding someone else to buy a car from. My 18 year old daughter could of been killed. I may sue that's how bad it is. Avoid this place

DO NOT BUY CARS HERE, they remove the cars before going to the financier, they remove them for no reason and MARTA, the owner, discriminates based on immigration status and her employees threaten.

This place is a joke took the tires off my buddys car basically stole them. A bad place to deal with they took my corolla in and messed up it even worse than what it was. As well as of today my buddy has to call a police escort just to try and get the tires back
