I asked for a 1 on the sides which I got and not even 2 centimeters off the top and they basically give me a buzz cut this is genuinely the worst haircut I've every gotten and need to fire your employees and tell them actually how to cut hair because this is ridiculous terrible haircut terrible service and jus need to kts

Great haircut, friendly and hospitable staff. The restrooms are very clean and tidy. I've yet to have a bad hair cut at any of the Great Clips I patronize. I travel a lot between Ohio and Kentucky and always use great clips. This haircut is a 10 0ut of 10! I've never had a haircut that was not to my liking at any location. I believe Great Clips may have tenured staff or at the very least highly skilled stylists. It's a shame I forgot the young woman's name that cut my hair. She did Awesome!

I've been going here for 2 years and now they really screwed up my hair. It was just a trim and it's short in the front, long in the back. Asked for a certain back cut and they did exactly what I did not want. Had to fix my sides myself and Im just furious.

My husband stopped here today for a simple buzz cut on the sides with a trim on top. The lady cutting his hair clearly had no idea what she was doing. The only word I can use to describe it is “hacked”. His hair is uneven and choppy. He will have to go somewhere else and get it cleaned up. A complete waste of time and money.

Just went here asked for the same thing I got previously before which was a good haircut. Unfortunately this time it was awful. I asked for the same exact haircut and style as before, I got my mullet completely cutoff my hair on top isn’t even what so ever and my fade looks rushed and sloppy. i’m sure it wasn’t intentionally that awful but for 20$ I would expect a decent haircut.
