I called early this morning to see when my prescriptions will be ready for pickup, the lady very rudly said you can pick it up tomorrow, I said no it's due to be refilled today , she said well pick it up after 3 , not sure why she didn't want to do her job , my husband went to pick them up on his way home from work around 11am , the Rudness continued , she didn't want to refill my medication , made my husband wait a hour for the meds ( only after talking to somone else ) I have never dealt with the Rudness and disrespect like this @ any pharmacy before this , not even a Thank you ~ looking to change pharmacies now

Drove out of my way 3 times to pick up a medication over a week and a half. They said they had contacted the doctor to ask a question about the medication and asked me to contact them because they hadn’t gotten any response from the doctor. Got in touch with the doctor and it turns out the pharmacy employees had lied and they had never even contacted the office. They need to quit messing around when it comes to peoples’ health because that was ridiculous

Came to pick up my prescription twice, was out of stock both times. Told to come back for a third time. Do not have your prescriptions sent here if needed urgently.

One of the worst pharmacies I've ever been to. I went to pharmacy school, worked in a pharmacy for 8 years, and they're an embarrassment to our field. Not only are they not able to do their job effectively but they don't even have a customer relation with their customers. It takes less than 3 minutes to fill a prescription that's typing it up counting it out having a pharmacist look at it and ringing it out the door but they want to tell everybody it takes 20 to 30 minutes? If I can rate a zero I would actually if I can rate negative I would. I've been saying this for months but I am definitely transferring everything out of there and will never go back along with my family as well. Horrible horrible people, what a joke! They should be ashamed of themselves.

This would be a great place for a pharmacy. Had a prescription called in on Thursday showed up Sunday to get it, didn't have it ready. Won't have it ready until tomorrow afternoon. I was told that they didn't realize that it had even been called in. If this was a life-or-death situation, people would be in trouble. This pharmacy needs to step up its game.
This isn't the first time this has happened. This happens all the time and I am not sure why but it does

Instead of dealing with the people who have their prescriptions ready they have people whose meds aren't ready stand at the counter for minutes on end while they get theirs ready, meanwhile I waited no less than 20 minutes waiting in line behind them, I had already let them get away with an action that would warrant a HIPA fine in the past, I had perishables in the car and was pissed at the situation, I would advise you to go to the Independence Kroger pharmacy since they seem to have a little more sense about them.

I hardly ever fill out a review but responding to prior review by Heather about Walton Kroger pharmacy. I have been a customer there for years. I have never had a prescription not ready when informed one was & never encountered anyone rude. Thanks.

I can’t remember the pharmacist name, but what a savior she is. My doctor sent a prescription in for my morning sickness that has been controlling my life. The medication was not covered by my insurance making it $400. This pharmacist found all the coupons, and deals she could to help me out and got it down to $118. And went the extra mile to find a pharmacy that was carrying it today, so I didn’t have to wait until Monday. I have never encountered someone so sweet, and caring! I normally don’t even write reviews, but I had to about her! I hope she sees this. She has saved me money, and a weekend of being miserably sick!
