I have a BMW and someone pushed the tow hook cover and the sensor on front bumper. BMW Cincy said $600 and would have to remove front bumper. Littletons fixed in less than a day and his charges were more than reasonable. Littletons has been around for years and has always had an exceptional reputation. They have my business.

The repairs on my truck were perfect. My truck looks better than it came off the Showroom Floor. They take the time to talk to you about what your vehicle needs and the time they need to finish it. Excellent Service.

Daily driver’s a 2015 Camry with 167K miles and a popped bumper. Didn’t want to drive it like that but didn’t want to pay for a new bumper. It was repaired beautifully with no new parts and very affordably. This will be my go to body shop for everything big and small!Service: Body & Trim

I had an accident in November of 2021 some kid hit me and his insurance paid for the incident I was referred to littletons the people there are nice they did great work now comes the issue the accident damaged my front fender driver door and passenger door but of course I didn’t notice underneath the grill it was an accident it was 20 degrees out and I don’t make it a habit of getting in accidents so I didn’t check every single aspect and Greg admitted he didn’t so we had to file a supplemental insurance claim which Greg did called state farm several times and they denied it both times all the while Greg kept saying it should be covered I don’t know why they aren’t covering it and on my last call with state farm they told me two insurance adjusters denied this twice and the shop so I heard the shop and asked do you mean Greg from Littletons and they said yes so my only thought was that little you know what couldn’t be upfront and say he didn’t think it would be covered he led me on and wasted my time I would’ve been ok if he said it wasn’t something they’d cover but it’s the part where he was leading me on because he couldn’t tell me the truth all I can say is unprofessional unfortunately I can’t post any recordings of the phone callService: Body & Trim

This was the 3rd place I got an esitimate from and they were in line with all but their approach and how they explained things won my busines. The shop appearance as well is top notch. Drop off and pick up were easy. Car looked better than when we picked it up new just a few months ago. Scratches are gone and paint work is flawless. Highly recommend.Services: Body & Trim
