There was a person in front of me as I walked in. I filled out the paperwork, set the paperwork on the counter the gentleman behind the counter on this Sunday morning decided to process other paperwork before he checked me in, then proceeded to say I’ll be back which added an extra 15 minutes of me sitting here at the entry door when he could’ve just handed me my paperwork and it would’ve took less than one minute to hand me, my paperwork, and I would’ve been gone and out of the way

I arrived on time, checked in for a delivery (no problem), told to wait in the truck until called.. Please keep in mind that it was 94° outside temperature, yes I remained in the truck with the a/c on. Well, I sat for approximately 45 minutes before given a door. OK, I get a phone call instructing which door to go to. The person had said on the phone to break my seal, open the doors, back in, and turn the reefer off. Well I did that, only to sit for approximately 40 minutes before my load ramp was ever dropped. Now my load which was set at -10° when I arrived, and after sitting in the door for the time of 40 minutes with the outside temperature at 94°, the inside temperature began to rise. Now once they ramped the trailer, they pulled off maybe 2 pallets and checked the temperature, indicating that it was 38° and the couldn't take it. So it was refused, so when the guy from receiving brought my refused paperwork to me, I asked him why would you tell me to shut off the reefer? He couldn't answer the question as I asked it, but only to say that something was wrong with my reefer (blatant lie). But what did express to me was his years of experience (which didn't matter to me). The only good thing that came out was that I was given the miles to go back to the shipper, where they didn't have any problems with accepting the load.
⚠️ I WILL NOT TAKE ANY LOADS INTO OR OUT OF THIS PLACE. IT'S A WASTE OF MY TIME !!! ⚠️ 💯💯💯
Furthermore, if I was able to leave a half star, that's what they deserved .

Drivers don’t full yourselves coming in early for your appointment.
I had a 3pm appointment, checked in at 8:30am and was told that in the worse case scenario I would be unloaded at my appointment time.
It’s now 2:45pm and I haven’t got a call with a door yet.
So, for me it was the worse case scenario.
I could’ve been at a truck stop resting and taking a shower, but I chose to come in and try my luck.
It did not work for me and I am the only one to blame.

i71 exit 175 go east on richwood take a left at Shorwood.
take 2nd R into lot
park in a spot on your L then check in.
is room to back
can turn around at end of lot so not doing a blind side back into a door.

Great place for a prime drop and hook. Dropped the loaded trailer in a dock and picked up another loaded trailer on the yard. However don’t be like me an oversight in my trip planning led me to be two hours late. $231 late fee. Not their fault so I won’t blame them that’s on me. (BEWARE IF YOU’RE LATE U WILL GET A LATE FEE OF VARYING PRICES…..!!!!)

This is a great place to deliver. Very friendly and fast. Plenty of room to move around. Best to park before going to check in as to not be in the way of others coming in. Also check your GPS to ensure the correct way to go. It will try to take you on the highway and there isn't an entrance to get there from the highway.

Drop and hook, not issues. 1 hour early. Parking before 4 am hard after leaving. Maybe weight station
