I have mixed reviews about Simpson vet I have a senior bulldog I have taken to them for the past couple years for severe allergies he was stinky all the time his feet were blistered and bloody he was losing fur his skin was bleeding all the time discharge from his eyes Etc severe allergies they recommended allergy shots and apoquel but unfortunately those medications were not something i was able to afford. I have also taken him for his hips as I have noticed he was struggling to poop they said he would need surgery so I've taken him to Noah's Ark on Burlington Pike for a second opinion. They prescribed him apoquel through Costco. They informed me it would be cheaper through them. I asked Simpson vet why they wouldn't recommend that to me in the first place. They said they dont recommend other parties so basically its just a money thing to them and they could have cared less about my dogs issues. As for my dogs hips Noah's ark prescribed him carprofen which has helped him tremendously. NO SURGERY NEEDED!!

I applaud these ladies because idk how they do it everyday. We’re first timers here taking a pet to the vet(yeah shame on us). But they passed 0 judgement. They are empathic, they are understanding of financial burdens, they just genuinely care about you and your pet it’s very very clear they’re all good people.… I’ll never go to another vet clinic if I get another pet. I cannot recommend them enough ❤️

Dr. Elizabeth Crowder is sensitive to not only the pet's needs, but also the emotional connection of the pet owner as evidenced when I had to take my cat, Macey Lynn, in for shots and checkup. Macey was scared, but both doctor and assistant were firm, but compassionate in their handling..

Great place I have a cane Corso she weighs 130 pounds prices are great on her medications friendly service I don't even have to leash her there going there today for heart prevention pills

If I could give zero i would! These people, doctors, techs, who dismissed our dog, because a tech had taken something way out of context, had told my wife they don't want our buisness. Some guy. Don't know his name! How rude of you sir! My wife isn't a rude person, whatsoever and wound up discussing so everyone was on the same page. And Dr.Simpson calls and proceeds to tell my wife, she was rude, ect! Woww! You sir are ridiculous and should apologize! If you heard first hand, then you should've addressed it right then! But you didn't. You let everyone have their input! Like my wife was really actually threatening and rude! Again sir, you are ridiculous and I will warn others of your manner!

We can’t say enough good things. From sick animals, to putting your animal down that have been amazing. The front desk worker (I am unsure of her name) is amazing at trying her best to get you in if they can. The DRS are awesome. We put our dog down after 13 years and they were 10/10 with service for us. A hometown vet vibe 1000%.

Been a customer for 25 yrs. I'm really happy I can still get my dogs, taken care of with real compasion and great care. Plus they are very honest about a diagnosis when it's good or bad news. The ladies at front desk are super sweet, esp Haley. Worth my drive for great care.

We brought our cat Salem in to be euthanized, and staff is by far the most compassionate and caring during our hard time. Wonderful service we are a customer for life and would recommend to all. Thank you Simpson veterinarian services for the love you showed Salem and our family.
