Had me waiting out in the cold while he spoke to people on the phone about how I’m “confused” about the hookup fee included in the mileage fee when I wasn’t even told there was a fee hidden in more fees. Won’t be using them AND AAA ever again. The worst 1st and last impression.

Interesting how your company tries to defend itself here, but when I attempted to reply directly to your comment earlier, it was impossible — almost like it was blocked or hidden. That already shows a lack of transparency.
Let’s be clear: you are only replying because this is a public Google review where people can see it. The truth is, you don’t care about people at all. Even if you were “just doing your job,” your staff was extremely rude and unprofessional from start to finish.
While I was there in person, your driver not only demanded $600 in cash just to drop the truck — which is unbelievably selfish and predatory — but also started cursing at me. That alone shows the type of company you are running.
So whether you want to call me a customer or not, the reality is this: dealing with your company was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. This review is here to warn others — if you value honesty, respect, and professionalism, stay far away from this place at all costs.

Taylor’s Truck and Towing is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They are extremely dishonest, unprofessional, and only care about squeezing money out of people. We asked them to wait just a few minutes so we could get the cash to pay, but they refused and treated us terribly. They have no understanding of customers, no patience, and no integrity. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company — they will only cause you stress and frustration.”

Steve arrived shortly after my call to AAA regarding a tire sensor error reading. He identified and fixed the problem in a professional and more importantly caring manner that made me completely at ease given I had more than 300 miles to travel on a Sunday afternoon

The worst towing ever.
He towed my truck to the shop of TA without my permission. I called him to tow my truck to the parking spot of TA, but he put the truck directly in the shop.
When I asked him to take my truck off the shop, he said he couldn't.

If I could give a zero i would they left me stranded on the side of 75 north for over an hour and then never showed stopped answering there phones what joke of a business this place is.

I came out and offered to move my vehicle. Taylor Towing insisted I pay $200 in cash to unhook my vehicle or let them tow the car. Police got involved.
