Scheduled an appointment for the following day. Got there and Hayden told me I tried calling you but your number didn't work, were full today and it's gonna be 2-3 hours. I never got a call and I told him I had an appointment, he said the appointment system online lets you choose whatever you want and doesn't work. Not a single apology or any care I drove from 30 minutes away. Absolutely horrible service.

Went to get 4 new tires and alignment ordered tires at 8 am they said tires would be there at 11 i droped car off at 10:30 later came back around 11:30 work still was not started at 12:30 was told they were not sure they could align it i informed them that tie rod ends had only been on jeep for 6 months and should not be a problem at 1:30 they told me they could not get tire off the wheels and would not be able to do my tires they were going to put my tires back on this did not get done till 4:00 so I spent all day at a tire shop that can not even take tires off a rim. This is a very serious issue. Now I'm getting the tires put on elsewhere and will have to pay for an alignment elsewhere also. Your teams inability costed me 5 hours of my time and I'm having to spend more money to get work done. This is unacceptable and if you can't do something to resolve this issue I'll advise all my family to not do business with you in the future.

I had a flat tire this morning, so I Dropped the tire off to get patched. 5hrs later still not fixed poorly managed business. I Took it down the street to a small mom and Pop had it fixed in less than five minutes if you ain’t buying a whole complete set of tires, you go on the back burner!

I came in for an oil change on Tuesday and When I walked in I smiled at the lady at the counter and she looked at me with a straight face then looked back at her Computer like I was not even there she didn’t acknowledge me. I go up to her to talk about what I needed done for my car because the man that was up there was busy with someone and I got nothing but attitude. So I decided to leave and go somewhere else.

I don’t have the money for any of this yet, but I was behind in a tire rotation, and I went to tire discounters in Walton. And she said we can give you some free air. Nice. The customer ahead of me was driving someone else’s car and she said the tread is down. I think she said 4/32. She said we won’t rotate the tires. You need new tires. They’re gonna make sure you’re safe before they let you go out on the road. I got Cameron. He’s a nice kid. I asked him a few questions about my tires and he’s telling me that I need new tires. He took a picture of it and showed it to me and yes, I do. I did not know. And he told me what he thought the best tires were to buy. That’s odd of him to say because I was eyeing that brand when I was talking to the girl at the desk And I thought They look like good tires. I had a few questions for Cameron. He answered my questions. So he’s good. So I’m gonna be in the market for tires and I can either go to my dealer or I can go to tire discounters so we’ll see. But tire discounters helped me today And I appreciate that very much and everybody that I came in contact with it was very nice. Very pleasant.

I called two days ago and asked if I could drop off, on Friday 11/1/24, two wheels that needed new tires. I was told I could and that it would take about an hour. I arrived just after they opened at 8am and dropped the tires off. I was told then it would take as much as two hours. After two hours I checked on the status of the tires and was told they had not even started on them and it would be at least two more hours before they even started to change them. I left to go home, which is 30 min away. About 10 min after I left to go home I was called and told they miss understood what needed to be done with my wheels. When I re-explained I just needed two new comparable tires mounted on the rims, I was told they had dismounted the old tires and would have the two new ones on shortly. I turned around and came back to the store and have been sitting here over another hour, still waiting for them to mount the new tires on my rims. Pathetic service.

Very disappointed in the customer service. Had an appointment for tire rotation, took 2.5 hours while we waited. Kept putting flat tire, walk in before us. Told us on 3 different times we would be ready, then they weren't. Employees were sitting around chatting instead of getting vehicle finished.

I had a nail in my tire and needed it replaced. I called on a hope and prayer that they had my tire in stock and could fit me in. The manager Tonia not only fit me in on a already full schedule, but really made the whole experience as streamlined as possible. The tech crew was courteous, efficient and fast, and also went over the process with me, identifying other issues with my car but didn't try to upsell me on repairs. 100% would recommend this business.
