“The on site manager is absolutely amazing she made accommodations for me in every possible way she even allowed me to test fit the vehicle I was storing and made sure that it fit in the unit I was looking at honest to god if you need a place to store anything and everything this is the place to go for sure”

“The staff at Beechgrove is family-oriented, very friendly, VERY helpful. 17 years ago when I moved to this area, it was this same Beechgrove location where I dropped off my UHaul truck, and here I am, 17 years later, renting from the same location to return back to my home state. But this location, these employees, are wonderful, and they make it happen and get the job done!!!! Hiiiiiighly recommend them!”

While I was dealing with health issues, the staff and management were incredibly polite, patient, and understanding. They worked with my daughter to extend our rental and made sure we had the extra time we needed without adding more stress. “Rented a 15” truck from 6-7 to 6-8. The truck was clean and newer with only 25,000 miles. Definitely a treat to drive! The owners were quiet, but polite. I’m grateful they had this truck available as there were no 15” trucks available in Lexington or Richmond Ky. Would absolutely recommend and use again!”

Clean facility overall with good showers, hot water, strong pressure, and no wait. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful — truly top-tier service, even accommodating a larger shower for my family.
Parking can get tight late at night and feels a bit unorganized, so arriving early is recommended. I didn’t fuel here, but the store and services were solid.
Denny’s inside was very busy with slow service, but that’s more on the restaurant side than the truck stop itself.
Overall, a solid stop with great staff and clean facilities. Would definitely return, just not too late at night for parking.
