“Drove in with a tire needing patched. They handled quickly and were sooooo friendly. I have an older specialty car that needs more things done to it and after talking with them about it all, they def earned my business for all my vehicles for the future. Great folks!”

“I went in there for a windshield wiper blade. The employee made sure I had the correct one for my truck, and checked me out quickly. The price was very good, too!”

“I can’t say enough good things about Big Rig One Stop Shop. We found ourselves broken down on the side of the road with a large vehicle, and from the moment we reached out, they went above and beyond to take care of us.

What could have been an incredibly stressful situation turned into one of the best experiences we’ve ever had with a repair shop. They treated us like family, took the time to thoroughly go over everything, and made absolutely sure our vehicle was safe and ready for the road before we left.

Just as impressive was how fair and honest they were with us. At no point did we feel like they were taking advantage of the situation we were in. In fact, it was exactly the opposite. Their pricing was more than fair, their communication was excellent, and you could tell they genuinely cared about getting us back on the road safely—not just getting us out the door.

It’s rare these days to find a business that combines this level of knowledge, honesty, fairness, and genuine kindness. We came in as stranded customers and left feeling like we had been taken care of by friends.

If you find yourself needing help with a large vehicle, I would recommend Big Rig One Stop Shop without hesitation. They truly went above and beyond for us, and we are incredibly grateful for the way they took care of us.”
