“Randell's is a breath of fresh air. I've found the only place I'm taking my vehicles tires. They're only a couple of places in town that provides tire services and the amounts of money they charge is reflecting of that. Not Randell's. He's prices are lower than anyone else around. The first time I went it was 5.00 for a tire to be plugged. The second was putting a tire on a rim then mounting on vehicle and was only 5.00. The other places charge 20.00 no matter if it's a simple plug in the tire or replacing a tire on a rim. I'll take my tires there from now on.”

“I get all my kerosene here and every time I visit 2-3 times a year the place never changes. The customer service here has always been welcoming, pleasant and knowledgeable to my needs. I drive from Morehead for the friendly, dependable, family oriented quality of the public service I receive at Cougar Corner as well as their product of kerosene being a reliable/feasible source to heat my home all season. I am thankful Cougar Corner participates as a provider of fuel in the states LIHEAP Gateway Program, not many fuel stations who have kerosene provide this service for the communities.
