Barkley Regional Airport is a super small, efficient, and convenient airport for those traveling between western Kentucky or northwestern Tennessee and Charlotte, NC. The facility is described as brand new, very bright, clean, and very nice, with an international airport feel from its remodeling. It has clean facilities and nice comfy chairs, though it lacks restaurants, offering only a vending machine. The staff is consistently noted as some of the most friendly, courteous, helpful, and super friendly people. They provide excellent service, even offering snacks and drinks during delays and assisting proactively with flight changes. Passengers appreciate the feeling of being home, whether coming or going. The airport also features a beautiful mural. While only one airline flies to a single destination, the experience is highly regarded, with exceptional economy class legroom on flights. It stands out as a favorite regional airport, creating a special and welcoming gateway for travelers.
Super small and efficient. It was convenient to fly direct from Paducah to Charlotte. Staff was courteous and helpful, and the facility itself was very nice.

Clean facilities! Nice comfy chairs Only downside is lack of restaurants...but there is a vending machine Best legroom ever for economy class...they could even fit a recliner or a bed in the back of the plane
