“I cannot say enough good things about the team at the store! I had a complicated return from two separate online orders, quite a few exchanges, and I really wanted a pair of pants that I had bought online in the incorrect size, but they were not available online or in store. The team at the Kentucky Oaks Old Navy worked, literally, over an hour on this return/exchange, AND(!!!) were able to call two different stores to see if I could get the pants in the size I needed and then got them shipped directly to my house! Not to mention I was having issues with my Old Navy credit card (my fault entirely), and they held some additional purchases for me until I could get my credit card issue sorted.
