“Joy Automotive is my go to mechanic whenever I have an issue with any of my vehicles. I've been going there for years and wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicles. I stopped by once because I had a stuck brake caliper and they fit me in and I was out of there a couple of hours later. This past vist they replaced the front struts on my car and it hasn't handled this good since I bought it. I would highly recommend Joy Automotive, they are friendly and professional.”

“I was looking for a new mechanic since moving to the area. I read all these reviews saying how great this place was so I thought I would see for myself. I have to say, it was better than I could have imagined. Made an appointment and when the day came, I dropped my car off for a brake job the night before. Got a call first thing in the morning saying it is worse than a simple brake job and they would recommend all four rotors and pads. I would have been suspicious but I knew it probably needed at least one or two rotors before taking it in but was just going to see what they said. I was now expecting him to tell me it would be $1000 or somewhere close. When he told me it would be just over $500 I couldn't believe it. I told him to go ahead and expected I would later find something wrong with the job for that price. He called me back a couple hours later and said it was ready, again, to my amazement. Went and got the car and I could not be happier. My brakes are silent and I feel much better knowing it is all in good order now. And for the price, I truly did not expect such a great experience. Thank you so much. I will be back.”
“I recommend A-1 Transmission, my Nissan Rogue broke down in Louisville, KY with a Transmission fail. Robert, helped me understand the scope of required repairs. I submitted information from an extended warranty I purchased for my vehicle. Robert ran the gauntlet with the warranty company and they picked up more than 50% of the cost to replace the Transmission. This made the repair affordable for me and got my Nissan back running in good shape. I have high confidence in the replacement Transmission that was installed and I highly recommend A-1 Transmission if you need this type auto service.”

“Took two axle shafts Off of a 2005 Toyota tundra SR5 4 x 4. Had new bearings, tone ring, lock rings, seals, and gaskets put on. Everything was put back on to spec. They had Both axle shafts back to me in less than 24 hours. Would definitely go back to miles machine shop for anything that I needed done.”

“called several places for a replacement tire, not only did they have my exact sized tire available it was also the best price including balancing, installation and disposal of the bad tire. Address is on Dixie Hwy but it’s tucked behind another business just barely north of St Andrews Church Rd, let Google Map give you the directions. From the time i pulled up until the time I paid and left I would say less than 15 minutes (probably like 11-12 minutes). Professional and prompt without being made to feel rushed. Recommend to anyone needing a quick tire replacement or a complete set of new tires, I will definitely return!”

“These guys are awesome. They do great work at very reasonable prices. Had a Ford explorer that had a water pump go out and mixed coolant into the oil. Not an easy job whatsoever but they handled it with ease and did it for about 1500 dollars less than any other place was going to charge us. most places we called wouldn't even touch it because of how extensive of a repair it was and how much work was involved. Small shop but very professional and knowledgeable.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!”

“I have a 2011 MKX and the panoramic roof was stuck open. Ford said 2 to 3 weeks just to look at, and I was leaving for vacation the next day. Called and explained to Scott what was going on and he had his guys to get me in asap checked out the roof and got it closed up for me. I will definitely take it to them for the needed repairs. Also had a chance to see some of their work and it was great I have an older convertible that I will take to them as well when its time to be done. The guys was very nice and answered all of the questions that I had.”
