I traded my 2008 Ford edge in for a 2019 KIA Sorento. There was nothing wrong with my car, I constantly kept up with the maintenance on it and just put new brakes, tires, exterior lights, headlights and changed the oil. I just wanted something newer and so far it's been really good. It's only been 2 days, so I will update after having it longer. They were nice and friendly at the Whitesburg location and Joe Bailey helped us with everything to do with the car. I hope my experience is better than the others who have purchased from them. Anyways, I am happy with my new car and hope this helps someone else.

BEWARE of this Dealership. Please don’t buy anything from them. I recently bought a 2018 Honda civic type R in March of 2023. I had the car for one month, and the motor blew up, putting holes in the block because of a connecting rod breaking. The car is at my local Honda dealership with documents and pictures of when the occurrence occurred. I was going 25 miles an hour at 2500 RPM. I was not racing. Honda has a screen shot of when the motor blew up. The car came with an extended warranty. The claim was denied. Why do they offer an extended warranty when the claim is denied. They said the extended warranty was free, but it is not free. It is included in the final price of the car Tim short Honda said they would contact the extended warranty company and call me back. It’s been 3 weeks and still haven’t called me back. I have called over 5 times and they will not respond to me. Their excuse is always the same. The Manager is with a customer. I am a customer who just wasted 40,000 dollars. If I could give them -5 stars I would. The next step in this process is for my attorney to contact. Please be aware of this dealership. They are nothing but liars and scammers.

They sold me a used 2013 ford explorer xlt and had not made first payment and already having problems with it talked to them but they would not help me had problems with water pump and gaskets on everything and the mounts and the shocks it has high miles but should I think so problems were there when they sold it to me and back up camera does not work good either.

They don't seem to want to sale a vehicle! We put an application in last week or the week before on a 2011 dodge durango crew and we got an email that said they would contact us shortly and we still haven't heard back from anyone and the last time we looked they still had it in stock!!

I've had my car for a while now but when I first got it, it had so many problems that the dealership said they couldn't fix. Hadn't even paid my 1st payment on my car and the alternator went out it took me hauling my car which is over an hour away down there twice before they would fix it. But that's not all that happened. Wouldn't recommend anyone going here

Tim Short in Whitesburg is the worst place to buy a car. When I got my car that was under warrant it had constant issues. I'd even asked about turning it in on a different one which was always yours will be fixed. They said they redid the whole break system. Well Rick Mitchell worked hours changing my breaks (which were rusted) and rotters (rotters still had factory marks so they were not changed) last month. Yesterday I took it to a garage to change the o2 censer Tim Short said they fixed and guess what it hadn't been changed. Then today they fix the oil leak that was from Tim Short sending it to were ever to change a seal and guess what when they put the valve pan back on they didn't even scrap off all of the old one or put a new one on causing the leak. Which also lead to me having to have my spark plugs changed. When I took it back to Tim Short and said it was leaking oil they said it was from where it had got on the motor when they changed it, it would be fine. Then when I called again Tim Short said because I hadn't paid some kind of deductible where it was messed up so much when I first got it I couldn't get a loner. So took it to hazard myself to find out my warranty had just ran out. Soooo in short Tim Short in Whitesburg is the worst place ever to buy a car. Share this as much as you want

Worst deal I've ever made, purchased a 17 hyundai elantra and didn't even make it home before having multiple problems, called dealership thinking I could get some help, but no because they didn't profit enough on the deal. Claiming they were all in and only made 160$ on the car which anyone with half a brain would not believe, save your time people don't listen to there radio ads and all of there bs, go somewhere else.
