I recently had an unfortunate experience with this discount tobacco store that I would like to share. I purchased a vape from them shortly before closing time, and within an hour of using it, I encountered auto-firing issues both while it was in my pocket and when I set it down on a table. To ensure I had evidence of the problem, I recorded a video of the malfunction.The next day, I returned to the store to address the issue, expecting a smooth resolution. However, I was met with a passive-aggressive response from the staff, who informed me that they do not offer refunds and that they would be out of business if they did so.My primary concern was that there were no signs or verbal indications at the time of purchase regarding their no-refund policy. Additionally, they did not take the time to review the video I had recorded as evidence of the problem, which left me feeling dismissed and disregarded.The lack of transparency and refusal to provide receipts added to my frustration. Moreover, I feel like they are treating their customers unfairly by urging them to try out products in-store without any intention of offering refunds, making it seem like a ploy to retain customers' money without accountability.In conclusion, my experience with this discount tobacco store has left me dissatisfied and concerned about their business practices. I believe it's essential for others to be cautious when dealing with them to avoid similar situations. I sincerely hope they address these issues to provide a better and more reliable service to their customers.

Yikes. They wouldn't refund/trade a Vape that didn't charge. Said they were about to close and there's no refunds. But I actually never saw a sign or anything stating this policy.Sounds like there's many others with the same issue. This is pretty sad, hopefully they get new staff, and that people read reviews before going there.Seems they are targeting fellow Vapers.

My brother spent over $100 on a mod/tank, batteries(3 of them)and juice from there. Turns out the batteries won't charge/the mod/tank isn't working. Lady told him if she gives him a refund she'll get fired. Mind you, he doesn't even want a refund for the juice. Just the batteries and mod/tank that doesn't work. I just can't believe she actually told him that. I wish I could talk to the owner because he deserves his money back. Tried bringing the items back both the same day and the very next day, both times with the receipt. Yet there is "nothing she can do". What a joke.

Has a rude and ignorant employee running the desk. Tried buying vape stuff their and got a bunch of defective stuff that wouldnt charge or work right. Tried the woman and managers advice of just charging it more and that didnt work. And now she wont take my stuff back i guess theres suddenly a no refund policy and she wanted me to buy more batteries. Last time i bought a vape in there it had bad batteries too. Just go to vapor fox in oneida theyve never done me wrong or atleast returned bad items

Always friendly and professional people there. Store is clean and drive through window is very convenient. The prices are fair and they have everything from tobacco to cbd oil.
