“I had gotten a dent on my trunk hatch that three other places had told me couldn’t be fixed with paintless dent repair, one even told me the whole door may need to be replaced. I called Kelley’s, was told to bring it in, and within 5 minutes he popped off the inner cover, hit it a couple times, and the dent came right out! Didn’t even charge me for it. This place has integrity and kindness in spades. Thank you!”

The repair went through insurance and Impact dealt with them directly and seamlessly, making the process very easy and straightforward on my end. Had a couple of unexpected setbacks with the repair, and they were quick to update me and be upfront about delays. If you’re looking for auto body work, they will treat you and your car well!”

Washington Motors was the best price, the friendliest, AND the most responsive. It didn't feel like he was BSing me or jacking up the price because he knew it was an insurance claim. “Had some trouble initially getting a hold of them but eventually got things figured out and they did a really good job repairing my wife’s car! They’ve gone above and beyond to make things right which I’ve really appreciated and they do quality honest work for an extremely reasonable price. Just keep in mind that because of how good their work is they are extremely busy so if you can’t get a hold of them that’s probably why!”
“I had a great experience with Mike's Body Shop this winter. I took my car in with some exterior damage. Mike's was able to get it looking like new for the reasonable quoted price. I was also planning to catch an Uber after dropping off my car, but the owner was kind enough to drop me off at home a short distance away. When I came to pick the car up, they had the entire exterior spiffed up despite the bad weather. I would definitely recommend! (Before / After photos posted)”

“Had my 2024 Sienna repaired. As cars have gotten fancier, the repairs get scarier. Almost 2 weeks out and no problems, and the fact that they stand behind their repairs makes it easy. They were very professional, fast, courteous- top notch from start to finish. I hope to never return (but only because I hope I dont damage my car). Highly recommend!”
“My car looks brand new!! I have a 2017 Hyundai Elantra, and my paint was peeling off badly on my roof, hood, and a few other areas. It was very unsightly. They re-painted my hood, roof, and a few other areas. It looks amazing, and it matches so perfectly I can’t even notice. They also touched up some minor dings on my doors from over the years. I will definitely be paying them for any other work I may need done.”

On a higher-end vehicle, craftsmanship matters, and Eric and his team delivered. The paint was blended perfectly, and the attention to detail really stood out. I hope I do not need body work again anytime soon, but if I do, I will absolutely be back to see Eric and his team.”

“I struggle to find the words to write this review, because Brian and Kelly did something most meaningful to me - they literally saved my summer.I was on a cross-country road trip in my Dodge camper van when suddenly it broke down in Cincinnati. On a Sunday, I was very lucky to find that Vogt Auto was one of the only mechanics open.Though they specialize in VW restorations, Kelly said it was no problem for me to have my van towed there. Though it turned out my repair was extensive and ended up needing the entire back end and driveshaft replaced, I was treated like family while I was there - they went above and beyond, even letting me sleep in the van in the lot. This is not a big corporation you're dealing with -- this is a family-run business and it shows!Brian was forthright in letting me know what he was seeing as he went through the investigations, and after the repairs were completed, he gave me a detailed breakdown of the entire work he performed, the parts he ordered, and his hourly rate - a fair price for saving my summer.I can't thank them enough.”
“They did a terrific job but I only gave them four stars because the owner said he would buff out the other headlight and he didn't. They fixed the bumper and replaced the other head light assembly. It looked terrific. I would use them again in the future but wouldn't pay until he did what he said he was going. Workmanship was great. Sticking to what he said he would do cost him that 5th star.”
