If I could give these folks a -0 I would. The ladies working in the CPAP part of the business are overly rude and never helpful. Never been in there that they haven't had an attitude.

I had a good experience. Maria did a great job of explaining everything about the CPAP machine. It was a lot of information to take in at one time, so it was a bit overwhelming. Once I sat down and read the instructions over on my own, I felt better!

0 Stars if I could. I have been trying to get a Wheel Chair for a patient with no transportation options. It's Feb. and we have been at this since October. Between needing the proper documentation and the communication between Dr. office and Patient Aids we are still no where. I'm trying to look at other places, but the lack of customer service here is in dire straights. The people answering the phones do not sound happy to be there, and that's ok, however patients are suffering and this lack of motivation to get this rectified is definitely been noticed. I'm going on my second time calling today and being on hold for over 40 min each time only to have no one pick up the phone. I don't know if it's because their money maker is oxygen and pap's, but they offer other services and those are severely lacking. Makes me think the oxygen and other big money issues may not be worth the hassle with the customer service. They should be ashamed! This patient is suffering and they simply do not care. Hope their day is fast, because it's obvious they are there for the paycheck (or lack thereof if my experience is anything). Do better!

I went and ordered a lift chair for my father at a different store. After waiting 10 weeks for it to come in the Nursing home refused it because they said it was fabric. It was not fabric but newer material they are putting on these chairs that feel like fabric but also wick away all water. With my father not being able to walk at all and being in bed or wheelchair all day he is uncomfortableBruce helped me right away at Patient Aids and said he could get a chair delivered that day. He was so patient and understandingI’ll never go anywhere else again

Very helpful! Answered all my questions and very patient with me every time I'm there, especially when i was brand new to the whole sleep apnea world. Maria is the best! Definitely recommend this place.

Had some issues with the hospital order being received by Patient Aids but I do not blame them for that. When I arrived, I met with Mrs. Finke who was very knowledgeable and went over all of the information needed for my Bipap machine. Thank you for the support Patient Aids!

On a weekend excursion from Indiana and forgot a small connection piece for my CPAP. The person working so very kindly found and gave me the piece I needed. A million thank yous!!!

Whatever you do, don’t use them for cpap supplies. Their prices are at least 10x retail. They depend on people with Medicaid or Medicare so they can bill whatever they want. Very shady business they’re running.

Very easy to deal with. I use an older style mask and they made an effort to find it in their warehouse. They explained everything on how to use the machine. Very helpful people.

I just got out of the hospital Monday 1/8/2024 and i was supposed to get tanks the next day because one of the guys from there had to bring a tank to me at the hospital thats how i got to go home he was a very sweet guy he helped me out alot he even said my order was in for tanks so Tuesday he brough me a knew Concentrator and took the old one and took the back pack and he left me one tank and he said my tanks should be here that day so never came so Wednesday after being put on hold for 30 mins a guy got on the phone and said we will get the tanks right out to you and now it is Thursday and still no tanks so i will be calling tomorrow because i have things i got to do this weekend but dont know how because no tanks i have never had a problem with you guys but this is not good

They had her equipment out with 3 hours and the gentleman that brought it out was amazing and the nurses are the best taking care of my mother nothing but good things to say for them they made this time a little easier

I am so thankful for the staff at the store. Today I needed supplies and less than 30 minutes later I was out the door with everything I needed. The staff here are so kind and amazing! Thanks again, Margaretta, Alexis, and Mikey!! You are all AMAZING!!
