“Dr. Ben is the best! My girls have been under his care since 2020, I trust him implicitly. He treats my dogs as if they were his own, and I know they are safe with him. He managed my senior dog's Cushings disease until she passed in 2022 as an old lady at 15. He's helped my middle fur child transition from youth into her senior years. And he's been along for the ride with my youngest since I got her at 7 weeks. Highly recommend Dr. Ben!”

“I will never go to another vet for any of my pets. The staff here is so sweet to my dog and I trust them and their knowledge of what he needs. The vet we had today was wonderful with whiskey and was very informative.
The entire staff from the ladies at the desk to the ones handling my of are always a delight. I love how well they are with my dog. He's a chihuahua mix, so he can get nippy. The staff know exactly how to talk to him and touch him so he isn't stressed. He is now at home recovering!”

“Great experience at Heineke Vet Hospital. Our dog is extremely sensitive when it comes to his nails. All of our previous vets ignored us and ended up hurting themselves and our dog. At Heineke they listened and everything went smoothly. We will definitely go here from now on.”

“I had a dog nuetured and a cat at separate times and both experiences were pleasant. They really have figured out a system to get everyone in and out quickly. My pets both healed quickly after surgery. I take my dog yearly for a heartworm test as well. Most affordable vet care that I can also trust.”
“My senior, soul cat Rupert only visited Howell for about a year or so, but they always treated him exceptionally well, especially during his final days. He became unexpectedly ill and Howell really came through with caring for him on an emergency basis so that he didn't need to spend unnecessary time in pain or discomfort at a large scale emergency vet clinic. Dr. John was so compassionate and sweet when explaining his options and ultimately administering euthanasia to put my sweet boy to rest. I'm forever grateful to this team and am so grateful he was taken care of here. I can't recommend them enough <3”
“Dr. Helen Garber has been wonderful each time we’ve gone in for wellness exams. What I do really appreciate is the staff will send you emails during the visit about different brands of food or hygiene items to try. FTAH is also very forthcoming about prices of procedures, exams, assessments and meds. I definitely feel like they treat my dog like a member of the family. Dr. Garber will talk with me, address Cash, “talk” with him, examine, spray cheese and whatever else which makes the overall experience feel better instead just a transaction. I may have been there a total of 30-40 minutes today which may seem like a while but truly I wasn’t being rushed out the door and all my questions were answered and follow up was communicated.”
“We have been coming to Hyde Park Vet since our first cat and have excellent service from them. Teegan and the front desk team are very nice and enjoy the animals. Dr. Yackel and the vet team are knowledgeable and kind to us and our cats. They all seem like a good people.”

“Been going here for years and was a little worried when Dr Leick said he was retiring but after a visit with Dr Erbe I can 100% say its business as usual in the best way possible!She is just as knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, and amazing as Dr Leick. Same gentle adjustments and my Meeko loved his visit with her.They also were awesome in working to reschedule our appointment when I wasnt comfortable driving in the snow.Happy to see Dr Leick left the practice in amazing hands, literally.”

They’ve always provided exceptional care for my dogs, and Dr. Brinker’s experience and knowledge have helped them live happy, healthy lives. They always take the time to answer my endless questions, listen to my concerns, and never make me feel like “that overprotective pet parent” (even though I definitely am!). “I’ve been taking my animals to Dr. Gage for well over 10 years and love him so much. Everyone else who works there is kind, patient, and accommodating. Dr. Gage is great at explaining what’s going on with my pets and talks through all options. I never feel like I am being pushed to do things just because they cost money. “My cat, Gooseberry, just had her first visit here, and so far, we love how patient they are with her! The staff is incredibly kind, and you can tell that animals are their passion, not just their job. After our visit, it’s clear that this clinic prioritizes pet comfort and health above all else, so I’m happy to trust my little girl with them. When it was obvious that she was overwhelmed and stressed (even after plenty of treats offered), the doctor came up with a game plan to have her come back another time, after some medication- that way she’s taken care of, and some routine procedures are less traumatic for her. “I have a chronically sick cat. This had caused me to jump from vet clinic to vet clinic, including a veterinary dermatologist, to find answers. I finally found Plum Street and won’t trust anyone else with my cats, their care for people and their animals is unmatched. As soon as you walk in, Leanne knows who they are caring for and gets you into a room. Dr. Bob spends a great deal of care in getting to know what the problem is with your animal and giving you several opinions or options of what the problem might be and what can be done. Before Plum St Vet Clinic, I felt most vets I brought my cat to didn’t really care to look deeper into my cats issues. We are so grateful for Leanne and Dr. Bob and all the great work they do!”
“My family cannot thank the staff of Monfort Heights Animal Clinic enough for the high quality of care and compassion they demonstrated towards our miniature schnauzer when she was suffering from kidney failure. She stayed overnight for three nights receiving round the clock attention in order to try and save her. It was an absolutely awful experience to have to decide to put her to sleep but Doc McBride and the vet technicians (Dora chief among them) treated us with respect and empathy. I'll never forget after she was gone and they had to remove the IV, they still gently wrapped her little leg in red gauze. That kind of attention to detail mattered so much at one of our lowest and most heart wrenching moments. Thank you Monfort Heights Animal Clinic! They have earned our business and trust for many years to come with future dogs.”
