I like to wait awhile before i give a company a review and after several months I can say Wilder Storage is excellent in facility security, location, cleanliness, spacious layout, ease of entry and exit and especially the friendly professional people. Sam, Lisa and Ashleigh are knowledgeable professionals who are attentive to customers. It’s run like you would hope and expect. Great job!

Was told one thing by a staff member to only be told opposite from another staff member. Now i cannot get my personal property out of my unit because of poor staff an management. Long story short..they are liars an have no empathy for everyday people. Be prepared to spend ALOT of $ here.. an btw if they owe u any $, u will b waiting a LONG LONG time to get it.. An if u have a medical emergency or any type of emergency that ls out of ur control....THEY DONT CARE..period. they will keep ur stuff an wax u with late fees till u head spins.

My company rented a storage unit at Wilder Storage for a few months and I would absolutely recommend using the facility to anyone! The grounds are always kept clean and they have a free wash bay for use. Also, the staff have been a dream to work with. Ashley and Lisa at the front desk are true angels and were so accommodating and kind! The people here truly make sure you feel like you are keeping your belongings in safe and caring hands. Best storage experience I’ve had in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area.

Plenty of space to maneuver vehicles. A bit confusing instructions to enter and exit. Turning back onto the main road is a bit sketchy with the high traffic volume, but doable

I have been with Wilder self storage for 3 years. I have really only worked with Ashleigh. She is kind, professional and a joy to be around. She gets to know you and makes it feel like friendly place rather than just a business. I would highly recommend not just for all the great amenities which you can get anywhere but the service is one of a kind!

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and wonderful customer service. They showed me the unit & I was finished with everything and had my storage unit within a few minutes. Very well kept facility, clean, affordable, and great staff that helped with anything before I could even think to ask. Very well pleased with my experience.

Very friendly staff, and a very clean and secure location that is easy to get to since it is right next to the highway.
Time to get the boat out of storage, and the staff made it very easy to finalize our agreement and stop autopay.

My company, Smooth Move Relocation Services. we provide local long distance moving in the greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area. I’ve been to this facility quite a few times and it’s always clean and well taken care of. If you’re needing storage, I highly recommend these guys. Also great customer service.
