Showed up within 20 minutes of calling and price was great! Driver was very friendly, knowledgeable, took care of me and my truck, and didn’t rush me once I got to the dealership. Would highly recommend to anyone!

After waiting over 3 hours for AAA, with no driver ever showing up and zero follow-through on their promises, I was stranded on the side of the interstate and had no choice but to start calling around for help.
Thankfully, I came across Bo’s Towing and I’m so glad I did. Despite the late hour and the long distance (a 200-mile tow to Louisville), they stepped up when no one else would.
Dave, the driver, was exceptionally helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. He made a stressful situation much easier, and the conversation during the ride made the long drive feel a little shorter.
Bo’s Towing went above and beyond, and I’m incredibly grateful for their service. Highly recommend.

Most times people put a review if they had a negative experience, this is not that at all. My son broke down on the side of the freeway and Bo’s got him off the busy freeway within minutes of calling and got him to a repair shop that they recommended right away and was very fairly priced. Highly recommend this company if you every need a towing company near Williamsburg

Bo went above and beyond — a true roadside hero.
He answered the phone right away and was calm, polite, and helpful from the start. He stayed with us for nearly 4 hours — helped us disassemble our blown trailer hub, provided tools, made phone calls to parts stores, drove my husband to pick up parts, and didn’t leave until we were safely back on the road. His pricing was more than fair, and his work ethic and attitude were exceptional. This kind of integrity is rare these days. Highly recommend!

I was traveling from NC to OH, in my '88 wagon when tackling a mountain on I-75 south of Williamsburg KY, something happened and I lost power. I crippled my wagon to the nearest Rest Stop. In a panic I called my husband (in Ohio). Who then searched and found Bo's Towing. With zero hesitation they came and assessed the situation, checked the transmission, plus other things that I know nothing about. However, the gentleman explained every detail and within minutes I was on my way. But that wasn't all, they followed me to make sure I had no other issues. Absolutely the best service I've ever received. Thank you, as a woman traveling alone, I felt so safe and taken care of.

Fantastic service, very careful.
Very fast response to my situation.
I called around 11AM he arrived 20 min later. I needed a 74 mile tow to Knoxville.
The traffic on 75 was awful the Weather was worse! We made it with 45 min to spare.
Truly great service, thanks Bo!!

My mom ran out of gas on the side of the interstate, and he was there within 20 minutes to get her back on the road. He was very kind and professional throughout the whole thing. He even called me after to make sure I knew she was back on the road safe. Awesome service!

Definitely will use them again if I’m ever in the area again. Flat tire on I75 and they were there within 15 minutes! Very responsive and saved the day for me!
