The store in Williamsburg has torn dirty clothes. I've never found their staff smiling or engaging customers unless they are personal friends . I've tried several times and have been disappointed each. This staff needs to go to Somerset. Totally different atmosphere...friendly staff....good clean clothes
NO rips or stains. Clearly training and great management. Please fix this. Thete are many dollars that are walking g out the doors in Williamsburg !!

I love this place but the prices are getting as high as buying new at Walmart. Since it's second hand, shouldn't the price be much lower than new? Also, gotta watch those prices at checkout, I've been overcharged multiple times. I still love it though.

1st time delivering a load of clothes to this location. The staff was Poliet. Unloading took about 1hr. Warning to over the road truck drivers ⚠️
If you come in with a 53ft dryvan you will need to 1st get turned around to back in off the street. You will now be on your BLIND SIDE. If you dont have the skills i Strongly suggest that you avoid accepting a dispatch to this facility. I was also warned that if you pull up and sit to long on the grass your tires could start to sink. Proceed with caution ⚠️
The 1 star rating is ONLY in reference to this Not being a good place for Big Rig
Truck drivers. Very poor dock layout.

Easily visible
Plenty of parking
Lots of clothes. Lots of shoes. Household items on shelves going down center aisle of store.
Coats, jackets, purses were unmarked so not sure of prices. Childrens books crammed in corner. Some larger household items to your right upon entry.
Bathroom was clean. Dressing rooms available.
I did notice a few times when people were ready to check out they had to wait quite some time for the cashier to appear to help them.
Overall, I was not impressed. I feel like there was not that much inventory of hard goods, which is what I look for.

Stopped through here on a road trip.. just to see what other goodwills in different states have. I personally didn’t find anything at this location. It was organized and the staff was nice but seemed over priced for a lot of … worn out clothes.

I love the goodwill they have clothes antiques books toys and shoes and plenty of more nice stuff the staff are wonderful nicest store in a small city of williamsburg ky.

My First visit was today. Well Organized from what I seen but I got distracted in the first couple of rolls ? I did find a two really cute tops!!! They have some cute items! I will be going back...but leaving the ole man at home next trip ??
