This place was amazing. We broke down on our way to Tennessee. We had to be towed to the garage. They quickly diagnosed it and replaced the part right away. They even let us keep the car there for the week to finish out our vacation. Great work!

For travelers having car troubles down I75-- **Call these people!!!**
They give me the most INCREDIBLE service overall!!!!
Incredibly kind, Incredibly effeciant, Incredibly reasonable (price), and Incredibly fast!!
I travel back and forth to Ohio and florida often on I75. Today i was headed back to FL when I started experiencing car issues with my acceleration shaking my engine. This was the first place nearby that I called, and asked if they had time at that very moment (930 am) to take a look for me, as in urgency fix situation. They said yes, even though they were clearly working on other vehicles, as their garage was full when I pulled in. After I found out my turbo blew, big fix 😫, they offered me what I found out later through others, was an incredible price (And that truly shows a piece of their kindness instead of price gouging a lone female with a big fix emergency situation) they told me it could possibly take till the next morning so I grabbed a hotel, which they helped me and my doggy get to (more kindness 🥹).
By 6pm they were calling me, and had my car done and ready!!!! Talk about caring people, to see my urgency as their urgency, being fast and efficient to have it done, ready that day, for me to take off again as soon as I wanted to. They were closed technically at 6 but still called me anyway and said they would wait for me to come get it. I will never ever forget these kind men and what they did for me today!! I will go as far as saying, that I will stop here anytime I'm traveling through to fix even the minor things, because they made that much of a helpful impact on me today. Thank you guys so much, I'll never forget the kindness and help you guys showed me today 🥹😄

Taken my vehicles here before. First time didn't have an issue everything was great and fairly priced second time was to replace a window which immediately started grinding and jamming up in the door, Had to take it back to have them fix it again. And now I feel like they are a bunch of backyard mechanics because they're telling me they cant do work that I could do with no automotive training. Needless to say I'll be doing my own vehicle repairs from now on

We are more than happy with our experience here. We were traveling from Florida to West Virginia and lost our brakes. They got us right in a very reasonable price. Great people God bless them and hope their business keeps flourishing.

I have taken my car here 4+ times and they have been nothing but great! They have very reasonable prices and do honest work. I would recommend them to anyone, they are very upfront with their prices before hand and they remain true to their quotes.

They we're nice to talk to and they weren't going to make me wait but they wanted $400 to put my back window back on track. I feel like that's not a fair price for such a small job. I didn't hire them for the job.

If I could give more stars I would. Experienced some car trouble on 75 during a road trip and Rowland's popped up as the nearest shop. I'm so grateful that it did as I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes. I can't recommend this shop enough!
