I just bought a viper tiller, the thing ran about 30 mins, it wouldn't continue to run, so I took it back today, they suckered me into paying them a hundred dollars for a 1st year of maintenance, I took the equipment back within 3 days I bought it, they refuse to pay my 100 dollars I have for the first year of maintenance, that is highway robbery, I paid them a hundred dollars so I can take the tiller back, I'm tell you owners something I want hundred dollars back, and if you don't give it to me, I will spread the word to all my relatives and friends, and that hundred dollars will cost you hundreds, I will never shop there again, that is stealing from customers, I should put on the news about the crooked business Tractor supply is, I will never buy one product out of that store in Williamsburg KY. EVER, UNLESS THEY GIVE ME BACK MY STOLEN MONEY, YOU ARE THEIVES AND YOU IN TRAP PEOPLE WITHOUT TELLING THEM THE CONSEQUENCES. I WILL OIT IT ON FACEBOOK TOO TO EARN OTHER PEOPLE.

Out of six chickens received two that are underweight and very sick. It has also come to my concern that when you have unsold, Poultry Tractor supply disposes live birds in a inhumane way. I am willing to home unsold Poultry.

I deliver general merchandise for the company on a regular basis. Well organized and well thought out. I delivered the wrong product once and they was very straight forward with the error and was super friendly in reinbursements not just to the customer but to me as well. Great job.

This is the worst Tractor supply tht i have ever been too the disrespect qqthe man/worker I ask to help me tell me where something was wouldnt tell me cause i didnt know the model number I knowed which 1 I just didnt know where they was at. And then he started following like i was gonna take something made me feel so small i cried after i finally found wat i was looking for he put his glasses on and ask if he could help me and did i find the model number i said yes but i got it im fine but thank you

Nice employees and great products! I have bought a lot of items from this store over the years and haven't had a problem yet. Would recommend to anyone.

Usually this has been a good store but they have a guy working there now that when you ask him a question, he rolls his eyes at you and is like “Duh, isn’t it obvious?”.
Bad worker’s interaction with customers ruin a store.
I think from now on either I purchase from WDBryants or, if I do have to go to TSC go to another location.

Hated they were out of chicks but both gentlemen we spoke with were very nice and informative. Had an issue at a different location and they said that they do price match with rural king on chicks if they would have had any in stock.

Williamsburg tractor supply is the worst we have a handicap child my wife carries a back pack purse and was told by a girl in there tonight to give her purse to her or leave . we buy alot from there but I'll drive to London from now on if we can't be trusted to shop why would we trust her to hold my wife's purse . why tell someone to leave because you don't like their purse size ? we walked out drove to London tractor supply which had no problem with my wifes purse . worst tractor supply ever

Thank you sooooooooo much for being Dog-Friendly and allowing our 3 dogs to bring their body temps.p down after driving 7 hours with no A/C!. My heart. Staff was welcoming and awesome!
