“I walked into this bank expecting long lines and awkward small talk about interest rates, but instead, I found a team of financial wizards who actually seemed excited to help me — like they just solved the mystery of how to make banking fun (and yes, that’s a thing now).
They handled my questions faster than BP’s pumps can swallow your credit card (which is to say: lightning speed). I swear the bank teller could multitask better than BP trying to figure out how to make their coffee machine work.
Speaking of BP, I tried to fill up there once and the pump kept giving me error messages like it was throwing a tantrum. Meanwhile, at the bank, I got genuine smiles and helpful advice that didn’t make me want to cry.
This bank even gave me a free pen that doesn’t run out of ink by the third signature. At BP, the only thing free is the overwhelming feeling of regret.
If BP’s pumps were a bad sitcom, this bank is the unexpected hit series that actually delivers.”

“I had just stopped in to ask if I could turn in my change, because Walmart takes a %. I’m not a customer and I needed every penny. I figured they would tell me no or I would have to pay. The ladies were very sweet and understanding and they said normally they wouldn’t be able to do it, but they would this time because they could tell I was really upset and had been in my situation before.I can tell you this much as soon as I get the money to open an account they will have a new and faithful customer!”
