We have modified our office hours to Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday from 9 to Noon. These seasonal hours will be maintain until March 31st. The Slaughter Schedule is established separately as a process directly between the Shop Manager and Farmer/Producer and are not impacting by office hours. Great family owned business to get your meat processed at. Been using them for years, always great prices and quality cuts. They are friendly and professional to deal with. Also, they always provided a quick processing too. With an easy pull around for drop off you couldn't ask for a better service.

Great service and very streamlined process. They have a lot of great options and specials and even gave me some advice on good ways to cook different cuts. 6 stars if I could. Highly recommended!

My son and I took our harvested deer to Fairs this past Kentucky Firearm Season. They did a very professional job on the cuts and the packaging. Bonus was their summer sausage. It was the best we've ever had! We highly recommend this place. Their service and hospitality was great. We will be going back.
