Wouldn't work on my vehicle bc i already had the factory oem part from toyota to fix it. Just needed them to take it off and put the new part on. So needless to say if you need work done expect to pay their prices on parts.

GCA is the only place I trust with my car. They are quick, communicative and honest. If a repair isn't needed or due they will tell you. Their customer service is unmatched. Have been going here for over 10 years. Thanks for always taking great care of us!

Stellar. They were patient with my lack of car knowledge and my host of (possibly moronic) questions, not visibly showing annoyance. The manager took time to show me exactly what was going on with my vehicle, AND he did not talk to me with condescension or mockery because I’m a woman. I’m not a feminist by any means, but it’s a real thing to be talked to like you’re five at the mechanic just because you’re a chick. For a woman, finding a place where this doesn’t happen isn’t trivial. Being treated with basic respect immediately made it a better experience. More importantly, they actually solved the problem on my car without trying to sell me a bunch of extra junk and were honest with me about the diagnosis. I plan to continue to give them my business going forward! Thanks so much, fellas!

Great service. I’ll never take my car anywhere else. They fixed a very, very complicated issue with my car which took two times to diagnose. Yet they covered the cost when they found the real issue. That’s the kind of service you just don’t get anywhere else. Thank you all.

Absolutely amazing service! We was traveling out of state when our valve stem started leaking went several places and no one could fix call this place got us right in fixed up and out the door in less than a hour! Highly recommend

Waited about 4 or 5 years to write this review. We had our vehicle towed here for possible transmission issues. They looked at it and gave us a quote, which we were willing to pay. Got our car home a few days after they "fixed" it. A couple weeks later, another issue came up and we had to take it back. They "fixed" that issue and we took our car home. Then a different issue started up with it. We started to wonder if our car was just really messed up or something else was going on. We decided to take the car back to them and they "fixed" it again. After that and we realized that each time they "fixed" an issue our car would end up with another one. So we decided to take it somewhere else. Our car got fixed and didn't have any issues after that. I think these people at Grant County Auto were purposely sabotaging our vehicle to get more money out of us. I would not take my car back here.

Excellent service. They are intelligent and thorough in what they do. I highly recommend this establishment. One thing--- your appointment has to be in advance. They are usually booked in advance a week at least. 10/10

Got an appointment right away. Only took a few days to get parts. Decent price quote. They exceeded my expectations and got my car done sooner than I thought. Nice waiting room. Friendly and professional. I will trust them.
