It a store that sells Kroger seconds. No bags and .25 cents for a cart. It's better for a grab and go store.

The shoppers are the only good experience I had this store. The cashier “Carmen” was very rude. The fresh produce is extremely over priced, a bag of chopped lettuce for 4 dollars is insane. I don’t see the appeal of this store at all. All overpriced, bad energy, and rude workers, the lactose free milk was also like 5 dollars which is insane to me? Idk I might be dramatic but it was just such a bad experience and idk how people think they are saving money going there.

I hate this place. We have to remember to have loose change to use a cart because they are chained together with literal chains like this is a store inside a prison. I'm already someone who brings the carts back when I'm done, so I really don't appreciate getting punished with this quarter system. Also, you can't have plastic bags just for being a customer- they charge for those. Yeah, I get they're pushing their little "recycle" virtue signal, but I already re-use my plastic bags for other tasks and I don't appreciate an agenda getting pushed on me as a customer. After my last visit it seems to me there is nothing virtuous about this store- it seems like the truth is this place is just too cheap to provide bags, and I guess too cheap to ask employees to gather the carts that other customers might leave in the parking lot. So we started keeping a quarter just for this very special store, and I dropped the damn thing between the car seats when I was getting out to come in this time. I couldn't find it under the seat, but I go in anyway because this place is close to home. I literally had one hand wrapped in a cast because of a broken bone, so I loaded that arm up with small items and had two 12-packs on the fingers of my good hand and made it to the check out. I realize while I'm checking out that I'm going to need a free hand to unlock the car when I get outside- but I'll be carrying my purchases. I wanted to borrow one of the several free carts around the registers to just get the stuff out with. I already made it this far without a cart and without asking for help and paid for my stuff, but no- they couldn't allow anyone to use one of the carts they had sitting around the registers. They need them, not me. Not the broken-handed customer that made it this far alone to use this weird, rude store. Lost quarter be damned, hand injury be damned, customer be damned. Well, news for you, Ruler- you're a little bit closer to our house, but only "a little bit." Keep your weirdo chained-up carts, keep your presumptuous plastic bag policy, and cling to the business you have left. I'm done offering you grace because you have none for your customers. Very weird store. Very rude.

I would not recommend buying alcohol here. Unless you don't mind having your ID scanned, information taken and "allegedly" sold to the highest bidder.

I wanted to speak to someone at your Corporate office at Krogers, but there is NO WAY to speak to anyone in the United States!!! WTH?!? As much money as you at Krogers have made off the American people, you should provide us with people who actually live in this country. You don’t have to follow everyone else! Shame on you! Y’all want all our information before we even tell you what we want , but you can’t be bothered to have people who speak English that WE can understand.

Cashier extremely Rude! (Carmen) I think is her name! If you don't like your Job please do us a favor and quit, because times are tough on everyone , I mean, I get it we all have bad days but she is always rude!

Just had a bad experience here. Needed cat food and it's in the back but they just don't want to bring it out until this afternoon. They were also rude when I even asked about it. Not good customer service.

Very small. But that’s good. They sell discounted Kroger foods. Also have some name brand foods. Always a long line at check out. Bring your own bags and a quarter for the cart. The savings is worth it.

Bought 3lb roll of hamburger got home it was good date but spoiled. Store manager would not return or exchange. So I'll WONT be returning either.
