Everytime I get my car serviced, it's never done correctly. The only reason I still go is because I have two coupons remaining. I ask for my liquids topped off, they didn't. (I know they didn't because I still had zero windshield wiper fluid when I left). I ask for my tires to be rotated and specifically mention relearning them after, and they don't. I know this because my tire pressure sensor was off after and told me the wrong tire was low. At this point how do I even know for sure they're actually doing anything on the service list? Do better.

I was traveling through when my old faithful 2003 Duramax GMC finally died while towing my 32 ft RV. Piles Chevrolet was the closest dealership so I limped in for help. The service department was honest and thorough. I decided after 250,000 miles and 20 years it was time to let my truck go. They gave me a fair trade in and I drove away with a brand new 2500HD diesel. Randy and Betty were so honest and helpful. I couldn't be happier!

My buying process was wonderful, but my service experience I wish I could say the same. It takes forever to get in to get your car service they book me two weeks out. Then I sat over and hour and half for an oil change last time. So this time I asked before my service how they said an hour and 15 min. I now have been explained that they do more than an oil change which is great if that was explained when the service was booked and that way you can have an hour and half allotted out of my day for it instead I had to reschedule your appointments for the day. I feel the lack of communication left a very sour taste in my mouth and when I expressed this I did not get a resolution like that is something we will reeducate our staff about doing or even educating in general. My time is very valuable as I'm sure your is so that's why I'm sharing my experience.

Needed some body work done on our 2021 Buick Enclave. Can only say the guys at the body shop did a terrific job on repairing the issue! Communication was excellent throughout the time they had the vehicle. No surprises whatsoever. Straight forward in all aspects. Would highly recommend these guys if you need good quality body work done!Service: Body & Trim

‼‼This dealership is by far the worst dealership I have ever had to deal with let alone buy two vehicles from. I should of known from the first time not to go back but I was DESPERATE. The customer service at this dealership is downright awful, not to mention the service department could care less about you or your vehicle. The management at this company is absolutely awful, I do not understand how they are still in business. Please do not ever shop here, stay far away from this company‼‼

Drove from Texas to buy a vehicle from this company. Yes, there are vehicles in Texas, but Tahoes are limited. The salesperson was ok. The financial person is a liar and did not follow through. First, the vehicle was on less than a 1/4th of a tank of gas. I was assured that payment would be made on our trade in within 48 hours, they sat on the money for nearly two weeks. Was told they would send the title information to Texas for registration, that did not happen! Had to have our registrar to call Piles to initiate the process. The registrar could not make the numbers line up on the bill of sale regarding the taxes; neither could the Piles person that we spoke to. Due to the incompetence of the finance person we will have to pay approximately 400.00 dollars to finalize registration. Fortunately I can do that; but, others might not be able to do so. Beware and make sure you get any agreement in writing, even if it seems a given!

Awesome service! On a trip to Georgia I started having car problems on the highway. I pulled off at the nearest exit - for Williamstown. Spoke with a police officer who gave me directions to this repair shop. THANK GOODNESS because everyone there was wonderful. They fixed my car and didn't charge me! I was so surprised!! I gave them a box of candy I had bought as a gift. I didn't know places like this and people like this existed anymore. THANK YOU for being so kind and helpful! Highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim

Jordan Beach did the repair to my 2018 3500 Dodge Ram. The repair job was excellent. I was more than pleased with his work, the cost was below my expectations, and the professionalism he exhibited definitely earned him a 5 star rating. I will use Condor Auto Body & Paint Shop again, and I strongly recommend them. Thanks again. Roy Scott

My son was traveling back to Lexington after spending a weekend home in Pittsburgh when his car hydroplaned on Interstate 75 near Williamstown. He lost control and his car hit the guardrail. Fortunately, he was fine, but there was significant damage to the car. Not knowing if the cars was safe to drive, we had it towed to the closest repair shop and left it there since it was after hours. The following day, we were contacted by Jordan Beach of Condor Auto Body & Paint Sho
