“I had a piece of priority mail marked as “delivered” but was nowhere to be found in my mailbox. I called the direct line, got a hold of Patrick, and he took care of it right away. He was able to track the carrier, have him re-visit my location, and located my package, which had initially been placed in the wrong mailbox. I can’t thank Patrick enough for his help!”

“I felt like a positive experience at the post office needs to be noticed. I have had some awful experiences at post offices and always dread going. My experience here was great. The woman working was friendly and efficient. I had filled out a mailing form incorrectly and she kindly explained the issue and sent me over to the side to fix it and return to line in place of where I would have been. She was processing people quickly and kindly, my total wait was maybe 10-15 minutes and there was a long line.”
