I am writing this review for my elderly mother. I got online and ordered her a couch she had just got out of the hospital with leg issues due to being a diabetic. She needed a couch easy to get up from. Her couch came in on a truck Thursday, they called her and told her it would be delivered that day but it wasn’t! Okay that’s fine but she should’ve been one of the first deliveries on Friday she lives less than 2 miles from the store but again on Friday they didn’t show up. My mom has no couch as she threw hers out Wednesday when they told her hers would be delivered Thursday. No calls letting her know what’s going on nothing!!!

I've been renting to own from here for awhile now and will continue to come back here the people that work in the Winchester store are super nice and helpful they have set me up really nice plus i would rather do in store than online shop if they don't have it in store they will get it from another store to have there for you to pick i highly recommend Aarons to anyone

The current store manager has a major attitude. The GM is good to deal with, but the store manager has cost them a customer. I'm disappointed it's come to this after 10 years.

i have no complaints me and my husband both buy from them we are both disabled and they make it possible to purchase good appliances or anything they deliver set it up and make payments to one dont have to worrie about it and im glad that repairs come with it and maintenance but have never need it yet great place i wouldnt shop nowhere else

If I could give this 0 stars I would!! Came in at Noon and put in the order of what I wanted. The girl said she needed to go to a different store to pick it up but would call me back and text me pictures. Well she never did so I called back at 4. They once again said they would call back but once AGAIN didn’t. So I called back at 4:30. This other lady said “well she just got here but you can try to make it we close in 30 mins” I live 30 mins from there so that wouldn’t happen. So I asked for corporates number and she gave me a number to a coworker NOT CORPORATE. Her name was Lily.. awful AWFUL service!! Get better workers!! We won’t be back! We will try a different location and hope for better
