I’ve been a long time customer of AT&T. Not only do I have a wireless account I have home and business internet services as well. Today I was greeted by a young lady named Faith. I wanted to upgrade my old iPhone to the iphone 15 pro max. Faith told me I’d have to pay off the balance of my old iPhone. Not a problem so far until she ask me why I wanted to upgrade. There were various reasons but I told her I wanted the IPhone 15 because it uses the usb-c instead of the lightning cables. I told her that all of my other devices uses usb-c cables and of course there were other reasons I wanted to upgrade. Faith out of the blue said I wouldn’t upgrade for that reason and went on to tell me I didn’t need to upgrade. Faith acted like she knew more about my iPhone needs than I did. It wasn’t so much what she said it was how she said. Looking back at this whole event she felt like I was wasting time because she thought I wasn’t going to pay off my old iPhone. She even argued reasons why I shouldnt upgrade. But in all essence I had every intention to pay the old iPhone off. Her attitude towards me was uncalled for. Totally disappointed to say the least. The whole problem was she thought I was wasting her time not knowing that I would have paid my old iPhone off. Total disrespect and when I ask for her name she was reluctant to give it to me so I had to ask her again.
I’m calling att corporate offices in the morning and I’m going to report her. I am a business owner and I’d fire her in a New York minute. I felt humiliated, disrespected, and embarrassed. Never again will I visit this store again. If I could give her zero stars I would. Don’t do business with the particular store.

Had horrible service with this store. Inept management and absense of management. These stores should not be un-managed as staff cannot take care of all issues. Management kept putting me off with trouble tickets a couple times each taking weeks. Three attempted visits to see a manager found none! Had to file a complaint with the FCC and it was taken care of in a few days. Do not waste your effort letting the managers play around with your time. My issue was with a credit applied to the in correct phone possibly in a fraudulent manner. The complaint through the FCC will get you a call back from the office of the president which is a group of Individuals who work for the president. They will work with you when no one else will.

Finally found a location that was friendly, knowledgeable and didn't feel like a war zone. Recommended without reservation. Way better location than those on the east side of Lexington.

Worst store to do business with. Since we traded phones 7 months ago the bill has never been correct. Manager Tabitha was supposed be give a credit for a mistake one of their sales reps made but has yet to make the correction to the account. I even stopped back in the store two additional times and spoke with her and she said I am going to do that right now. Here I am 7 months later and still not corrected.

Do not buy an apple phone at the Winchester AT&T!! Bought a new 15 pro max on Monday. Got the first phone call on Wednesday and had so much static, couldn't hear. Phone has been in a case with screen and camera protectors since bought. When we bought the phone, we were told we had 30 days to return. Took phone back 5 days after purchase. The assistant said there was nothing wrong with the phone and they could not take the phone back. Sent us to the apple store. Apple store ran a diagnostic and said speaker is bad. If we had bought the phone at the apple store. We would receive a new phone. Since purchase was at Winchester, it will be 3 hours to wait for phone to be fixed. And since this phone was a lemon being fixed, we now pay an additional $10 a month so if it does the same thing in 6 months from now, it can be fixed. The apple store called Winchester to let them know it was a problem with the phone and the store still would not stand behind the phone and replace it. I gave 1 star because there was no option for 0 stars.
