BB&T and Sun Trust merged to become Truist? Seems like it should have been BunCrust. I'd say the ATM works about 60 percent of the time. The downtown branch was much better, so of course they closed it and kept this dive open. Had a pallet of water sitting out in the lobby for the longest time. Whatever.

This is nothing on the actual branch in winchester ky but for the bank as a company... I 100% would not recommend this bank to anyone. Ever since BB&T switched to Truist. I have had nothing but issues. 1st my account was hacked and used in Canada, 10 minutes after I made a purchase in Lexington, after I confirmed it was suspicious they still let it go through, so I filed a dispute... I sill have yet to get that money back. I cant make purchases at half the places I shop because, in their words "it is their machines not us"... bring me to today, there is a system issue that has caused my account to have 6 of my transactions pulled out twice... i explain this very clearly to the phone agent... and they do nothing. So now I have to call back tomorrow and dispute the almost 400 dollars worth of double charges and wait 120 days to get it back. Thats what I call a HORRIBLE customer experience.

This is referring to our once BB&T Bank. I've been with this bank for years it's changed names now and now I'm so unhappy with it .... AFTER talking to someone to file a complaint more or less told me I was lying. I'll be more than happy to remove all my money from this Bank. There's got to be better service out there and better Banks.

This is the most terrible bank I've ever done business with, and I've done business with several over my lifetime. My office has a simple deposit account there, and recently they REFUSED to process an overnight deposit because "I needed to sign an agreement". Okay, no problem - I'll sign whatever you need.. I visit the location to sign the document, and they can't find it. Tell me I'll get a phone call in a few days. No problem, I'll wait. No phone call. Deposit rejected again. It took FOUR HOURS of emails and phone calls to our corporate office to get this straightened out, and in the end, guess what.. A SIGNATURE WASN'T EVEN NEEDED. Even still, why does it matter WHO brings the deposit? The Easter Bunny could deliver it, and because it's a DEPOSIT for an account, it should be processed easily. It's not like money is being withdrawn.
