Had 3 delays and reschedules in closing a simple mortgage transaction. The VP blamed underwriting but 3 of the delays were because he was so slow in scheduling of everything. Nearly backed out of selling the house to their customers. It was like they didn't care about the business.

In my experience, this bank is terrible. When my stepfather passed, my mother went in to try and get some information on how to handle things and they treated her badly. They told her things that was not factual. They allowed another third party to come in take control of their finances that did not have a document signed by a judge, which in essence left my mother homeless. They handled her like she was nobody. I have named them in a formal complaint to the Governor and am seeking a new attorney to further look into their role in this matter. Beware of who you let handle your finances.

STAY AWAY. Worst bank I've ever dealt with. I've lost so much money with them. They've caused me more trouble than anything. They ALWAYS ignored my calls and give excuses as to why they can't answer the call or answer a question. They've done things to my mortgage that is not in my loan agreement and I'm having a horrible time getting straightened out. They will put overdraft charges in your account for weeks prior even when you cover the overdraft same day. Worst customer service I've ever had in my life. After three years of giving them chance after chance I'm taking my business elsewhere although I'm still having to deal with them over my mortgage and still being ignored
