S3 Athletics S&C is a welcoming and supportive community that offers a top-notch facility with fantastic equipment and a great staff. The members are very encouraging, and many have developed lifelong friendships while pushing their bodies to the limit. The gym provides a wide array of classes and training options to cater to various goals, from gaining strength and muscle to improving endurance and self-confidence. The trainers, particularly Josh, are described as amazing, pushing, motivating, and assuring, making this gym a place of personal growth and achievement.
Great people, sense of community. Excellent classes, really a group effort. Can't wait to go back after surgery.

What a great set up! They have fitness classes and then some powerlifting and strongman stuff
