I needed to send my C2 in for a new bushing and some work. The staff was very helpful, kept me informed throughout the process, and completed the work quickly. Very pleased with their customer service.

There was a default in the part and it broke.
After a couple of emails, DoubleStar agreed on a replacement and they had to produce a new batch. Took a while but i now have a functional part.
